The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Tres beau logement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé. Manque juste le wifi. Belle vue sur la mer proche des plages et lieux de visites. Très bons échanges avec Fabrizio réactif et disponible. Parfait

Alberto est un super hôte, très réactif et à l’écoute en cas de questions. Lina, co-hôte est à disposition également et très agréable ! Le logement était conforme à la description avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous reviendrons !

host super gentile e disponibile nonostante fossimo in bassa stagione si é preoccupato di darci indicazioni sulle attività da fare in zona e dove trovare i servizi aperti. alloggio pulito e completo di tutto. la jacuzzi in inverno un vero lusso che ha reso la nostra vacanza molto piacevole anche la sera al ritorno dalle escursioni!

Huset og faciliteterne var gode. Specielt bruseren udenfor blev godt benyttet. Huset ligger tæt på byen. Byen er hyggelig om aftenen, når vejen bliver lukket af for byfest. Der var over 30 grader varmt, så det var lidt hårdt at gå til stranden, som ligger 15 min gang i badesandaler med luftmadrasser og parasol. Stranden er fantastisk og gratis. Næste gang vil jeg undersøge muligheden for at leje løbehjul. Vi var 4 personer fra 17 år til 57 år, og vi kan alle anbefale dette.

Innanzitutto ringraziamo il super host Danilo per la cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrataci. L’appartamento era tale e quale a come descritto dalla descrizione, curato, ordinato, pulito e disponeva di tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria(pentole, moka, padelle, asciugamani, ferro da stiro,stendino..e tanto altro). L’appartamento è posto in una zona tranquillissima con tanto di supermercati(conad,superPan) a 5 min a piedi. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con il bus con la fermata a 5/10 min dall’appartamento. Per qualsiasi altro consiglio, richiesta e curiosità l’host sarà sempre a vostra disposizione. Super consigliato.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

What an incredible spot! You cannot be closer to the beautiful beach in Vignola Mare. The apartment had all we needed (and more). Giovanni was an amazing host, communicated extremely well and provided us with a long list of restaurants and vineyards to visit (too many to get to them all, so we will have to come back!). We (6 friends from South Africa and the UK) had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you very much Giovanni for hosting us!

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Elena. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien situé dans un quartier familial. Il y a une magnifique crique à deux pas de l’appartement où on peut y admirer de splendide coucher de soleil. Un peu plus loin, à pied, une belle plage locale pour se baigner. Santa Teresa Gallura n’est qu’à quelques minutes en voiture. Elena est une hôte toujours disponible et très accueillante.

Een mooi verblijf. Wij verbleven er 1 nacht omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden vanaf Olbia. Slechts een kwartiertje rijden. Ideaal. Communicatie was prima.

Alessio persona splendida nell’accoglierci nel suo appartamento mostrandoci il necessario e consigliandoci giorno dopo giorno (anche su nostra richiesta) i migliori posti da visitare, ristoranti e attività. L’appartamento si è presentato impeccabile a livello di pulizia e dispone di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. Hemos estado muy contentos y cómodos en el apartamento. Una casa preciosa, buena decoración y muy limpia. La anfitriona nos escribió y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Respuestas rápidas y precisas. Definitivamente recomendamos de corazón este cálido apartamento!!

We had a great stay at Giovanni’s place. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was nice and quiet too and the room stayed very cool even without the AC. Parking wasn’t great as we had to drive up and down for a while to find a space, but we were still only parked a maximum of a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is also super close to local restaurants and bars and the beach. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear and Giovanni was super helpful! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden von der Assistentin in der Wohnung begrüßt und haben eine kurze Einweisung erhalten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn etwas fehlte, war Andrea total hilfsbereit. Ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl wurden direkt nach Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrea hat sich immer erkundigt, ob uns etwas fehlt oder ob wir noch was brauchen. Tolle Gastgeberin. Unsere Kinder haben den Whirpool geliebt. Vielen Dank an Andrea für ihre herzliche und zuvorkommende Art. Wir kommen wieder!

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Great place! Jessica is so helpful and went out of her way ti make sure our experience was fantastic. We booked another time as well!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Geweldige plek om te verblijven. De AirBNB heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, is schoon en ligt op een perfecte locatie. Dicht bij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Absolute aanrader!
