We live in Australia and headed back to the UK. We wanted to catch up with old friends and this was the perfect place. Rooms were big and comfy and quiet. Living space was great for the size of our group. We went in December so didn’t use the outside space much but I imagine at other times of the year the garden would be amazing. Lovely cottage - beautifully restored, cosy and very clean. We especially liked the sun room during the daytime, and the log burner for the chilly evenings. The area is stunning, and Hartington has lots of amenities - shops, tearooms, nice pub. Dave was really helpful and responded to our queries very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean, quirky and homely which was just what we expected. We already knew the location well and there were plenty of shops, eateries and supermarkets. It was just what our family needed to be together in the evenings after a family bereavement. Jane was lovely, friendly and very responsive despite being abroad at the time. There was everything you could wish for provided and a great dining room with drinks fridge for eating together. Thanks Jane for letting us stay in your unique home.❤️

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-equipped the space was. The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Had a lovely two night stay, just what we needed for a weekend getaway to relax. Loveliest of hosts, very responsive & gave us late checkout which was a lovely addition! The hot tub was lovely, and the house was very clean and had everything you could have expected! Private parking, with cctv overlooking the car which put us at ease. Would definitely come here again! ☺️

Nigel was an amazing host, so friendly and attentive checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was exactly as expected and more, absolutely lovely stay :) had the best valentines and will definitely be booking again for the future :)

We would highly recommend Jim's place, it's warm with cozy comfy beds and had everything we wanted. It offers a quiet relaxing staycation with beautiful grounds and stunning scenery. Should you want to get out and explore, the public footpath walks are quite envigorating. We enjoyed a wonderful walk up the Bromyard downs.Jim's place is dog friendly as are some of the pub's and cafes in town. There are plenty of local places to get out to with your furry friend. We visited the Weir Gardens and Hereford city. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything Jim

Amazing stay at Jo’s. Great comms beforehand. Excellent, private location in Beeston. A few mins walk to supermarkets, shops and tram stop. Appartment is exactly as listed with everything you need, including tea and coffee. Always responsive and helpful. Have already booked again.

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I would recommend it if you are wanting to visit Stratford upon Avon. The location was perfect right in the centre and the addition of the permit parking was really helpful. The apartment is a good size for 2 of us and a dog and was really clean and well equipped. Everything is walking distance from the door yet it’s peaceful inside no issues with noise from the town centre. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment, set in a very private, quiet location. Easy walk into the centre of Ludlow. Very comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing stay-cation. Excellent, clear instructions for arrival and Simon & Jenny were great hosts. Highly reccomend The George for food.

The ground floor apartment is ideally situated . Leave the car in the designated bay. Turn right onto the main road and recommend the Royal Oak you just want a beer, a 5 minute walk. Turn left for the town centre, a 10 to 15 minute walk. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. Built in wardrobe and chest of draws, so plenty of room for a week's stay. Mark has provided all the things you need , although we only needed the kettle and microwave. There is a guide book which provides a great town walk covering the history of the amazing buildings and the town. If you travel further, it is good to know you have a designated parking space when you get back after exploring the area. Recommend a trip on the Sabrina which sails daily. Much Wenlock is worth a visit. Sunday Lunch at the Riverbank Bar and Kitchen is recommended, booking advisable.

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay at Peters place, we only stayed for one night but it was just what we needed. Very convenient and comfortable. Finding the place, parking and getting in was extremely easy and Peter had great responsive communication. We would be happy to stay again!

A beautifully clean and well equipped little home. Lovely dog friendly touches - welcome dog treats, a blanket for the dogs to go on the sofa and a secure garden area (a highlight for us!). We loved our stay. An excellent location to access Dudley. Far superior (and cheaper) than staying in a soulless hotel room. If in the area again, we would not look anywhere else. This would be our No.1 choice. Thank you.

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated home - cosy and comfy. The bath was a dream!Angus was very responsive with great communication and checked in with us throughout our stay. It was great to be able to relax and watch Netflix/Amazon Prime etc after a long day out and about in the Peak District, and the bed was insanely comfy! Also a must visit is Eyam Village if you’re a history buff like me! And highly recommend Casa Carlo for dinner, the owner is lovely and the food was exceptional. Thank you Angus!

A perfect weekend stay - the apartment had everything we needed in good walking distance to the city centre. Clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Barely any traffic noise at all - I'll take a few pigeons calling from the roof over that any day!

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.
