This was such a fun place to stay! The space was clean, cozy and located in a shop front attached to the Workers Tavern. Beds were very cozy as well. There is some noise from the street since it is street level with people walking by and cars. Walkable to a few different bars, the boardwalk and you're very close to downtown Astoria. On check in we were told about The Column and Peter Iredale shipwreck so we visited both of these places, they were great recommendations. We spent quite a bit of time at Workers Tavern, they have good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hello, when we first got there , we thought we were in the wrong area, it was so beautiful and private that it felt like a dream , I really cannot say enough about the whole experience ! you must try it 🥰 This should be on everyone's bucket list , Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home ❤️

Great little place and close to downtown, shopping and the hospital. Washer and dryer available at no additional charge. Very quiet and the apartment had all the amenities needed.

I had an amazing stay at their place over Thanksgiving. Just like everyone else has described, you can hear the creek. It’s also a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The space is very large and the kitchen is well stocked. Laura is a perfect host and takes immaculate care of their place. I loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. After several trips, It’s by far my favorite one in this area.

The rental was very cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway with our dogs. We loved the entire space. The beach access was so close and very easy to use. Having a fenced yard for our dogs was such a great amenity. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorite places to stay.

The location was great! super easy to find, located in the downtown area of Long Beach! we were so close to the beach and walked almost everywhere. It does get noisy right there on the corner, for some reason people thinking speeding by with loud cars at night is the perfect thing to do, but there has been a set of earplugs left on one of the bedside tables, unopened, so those definitely helped. The only minor downside was that the sheets seemed to have been purchased in a full size and the bed was a queen, so anytime you rolled over or breathed the fitted sheet would come off the corners. Otherwise it was great! I shared it with some other people and will be saving it for the next time we visit the area! Also, unrelated to the space, look into the Long Beach Charm Trail, it was super fun and gets you going to different small businesses in the area!

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

Great studio location with a solid bed and the fireplace was a nice touch. The room had plates, mugs, 2 bowls, and assorted knives/forks/spoons. The only down side was that the couch wasn’t very comfortable. About a block from the beach and 7 minutes walk into town…hard to beat this place!

Probably couldn't be better located, right in downtown Astoria! very cool apartment with a lot of classic charm! I would recommend this place you anyone wanting to stay in the Downtown area of Astoria!

Weekend getaway with my spouse. Absolutely beautiful location, and view was stunning!!! Ocean and beach were just a few steps away across the street. The hot tub was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed! Perfect sized place for us to spend a quiet, romantic weekend. Connie was instantaneous with responses to any questions. Very much appreciated the high-speed wifi. The bed and pillows are very dated and could use an upgrade, as well as some cleaning of the walls and door frames, but overall, was clean, quiet and gorgeous!! We fully intend on stopping in over the summer as we travel down Pacific Coast Highway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Came to the coast for a long weekend. This was a perfect little resting spot for my daughter and I. The unit had all that we needed, a small kitchen with the necessities, a bathroom, and most importantly, a beautiful view.

A relaxing week with my pups in December. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly, met my standard of clean. Super tidy! Comfortable bed, cozy faux wood stove. Will definitely return for our next stay at the coast.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Sand castle was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee, a cozy fireplace, great hot tub, made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln city!

We enjoyed our stay at Jacob's: comfy bed, walkable to events and shopping, appreciated being able to control the heat in the kitchen and bedroom, walk-in closet was a definite plus and the nook with the desk was a nice touch. This was our second stay at Jacob's.

Cute little place! Close to Haystack and Seaside. Had everything that I needed.

The place was very comfortable and roomy, great views. The mattress downstairs is not so great, upstairs is fine. We were unable to wash sheets or use dishwasher as there wasn't soap for either, so we didn't. Also, oven door doesn't close right so hard to get it up to temperature. We enjoyed playing Clue in the evening. All in all, we really liked the house and would happily return!

Kitchen could use some work. Short of several things, also the first VRBO that I’ve rented that didn’t provide dishwasher soap We rented the house and outside rooms do 4 bbqs but zero bbq tools We were able to work around that We would definitely rent this place again’

the place was spotless, we loved it. spacious, everyrhing in order. we had a great time. had to ask for assistance with lock first time and called about tv. Needed batteries. beautiful view, quiet. enjoyed the jacuzzi. will stay again. thanks Warreb

We’ve stayed at this place before and I will say it gets better and better every time! The place has so much character and is super comfy. The bed in the bedroom is really comfortable and I love the living room sectional. The kitchen appliances are super cool and you don’t have to worry about bringing much because everything is already there. Brian was super friendly, even had a fresh load of bread for us when we got there. This is everything you want out of the AirBnB experience and we will definitely be back!! ❤️❤️
