This place gets 5 stars. Beautiful view! Cozy apartment with so many nice amenities. Sitting in front of the fire while it was rainy and overcast was time well spent. Also loved the closeness to the Discovery Trail, Astoria, and the Pacific we ran from the front door every day. We'd definitely recommend staying here and will plan to stay again the next time we're in the area.

This is an end unit looking out over acreage. Very private and peaceful. Couldn’t hear any traffic. Place was clean. The king bed was comfortable. Usually is directly accessible to beach right from the back door but it was raining a ton so the path had flooded. Once the sun comes out, I’m sure it will be fine! Bring rain boots if it’s raining though 😀 we will be back.

Ian's place was wonderful! Perfect stop for our family after a long day of travel and visiting the Maritime Museum. Super clean, very comfortable and very quiet. Got to see a few little deer just sitting outside for most of the night too!

Right next to the beach. Beautiful view. Well furnished and equipped. Clean and comfortable. Location wonderful.

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

This place was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. Lots of toys and games for kids, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space for three families. We had a toddler who had a hard time adjusting the first night and no one else could hear a thing--so bonus points for the wall thickness :)

We love this Airbnb so much that this was our second time staying here! We loved being able to walk to the beach, we enjoyed the open layout kitchen/dining/living room which made it so fun to hangout and cook meals together, the beds are so comfy, the hot tub and sauna were used multiple times to warm up after a day of getting soaked at the beach and we enjoyed eating at Wanda’s for breakfast each morning. We hope to come back again next year, this is the best spot to stay in Rockaway Beach!

We felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 13! The neighborhood was very quiet, as we never heard any road noise from Hwy. 101 despite its close proximity. It was a short walk to the beach, but we still had a view of the ocean from the eating area and deck. Everyone in our group loved it, with plenty of things for the kids to do. We appreciated the active games and sand toys available for all. A very fun place to stay for everyone!

We stayed at Dustin’s for a nice weekend getaway. It was a dream it was so clean and so relaxing. The house is beautiful and it’s so close to go down to the beach. So glad we were able to stay and will definitely be coming back! Felt right at home! Definitely the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Victor’s beautiful condo was exactly as described, lovely and fully outfitted inside, with a stunning full view of the ocean directly off the deck. It is the nicest beachside place I’ve stayed, everything inside was in new condition. The beautiful little kitchen had great appliances and everything I needed for basic cooking, and the bathrooms were pristine. Very nice shower, and a super comfy bed! There were lots of unobtrusive but helpful labels throughout the condo. I will definitely stay again.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

Had a great experience staying at this AirBnb by Amanda. Amanda was very easy to communicate with, as well as responsive to all my questions pre trip! Also had a small potential hiccup before the trip that actually ended up not being an issue but Amanda was understanding and offered some flexibility where possible! The space- The photos are accruate of the place ; It is smaller but that's not an issue since the floor plan and furnishings are done SO WELL. It was great and cozy. There is dimmer lights and a gas fireplace which elevates the mood of the evening. You can see the ocean waves from the living room and walk to it in pess than 2 minutes. There is a gas stovetop to use for cooking needs. There is a hybrid microwave/oven appliance which works very well, so yes there is a microwave. Very clean and spacious fridge. Bedroom and bathroom was stocked plenty for our stay. Dishsoap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and coffee is supplied! The space was cleaned very well.

I look forward to coming to Spring and Mark’s beautiful condo every March. It truly feels like home away from home. From the kitchen completely stocked with *everything* you could possibly need, to the world’s most comfortable bed and furniture. (I’ve never visited with kids tagging along, but I did notice a ton of board games and beach toys!) If you’re looking for the perfect Seaside getaway this is your place! Beautiful views and walking distance to nearly all of Seaside’s main attractions. Also to mention, the cleanliness is always top notch! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I hope to be returning this summer and of corse I will be back March 2026! ☺️❤️

What a lovely location. We enjoyed hours of family time watching the ocean from this fifth floor condo. The two bedroom, two bath unit was clean and contained everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the covered parking accommodation and well written check in instructions considering we arrived during a particularly hard downpour. If we visited the area again we would definitely want to stay here. The small touches mattered; from extra blankets to restaurant recommendation and a well appointed kitchen.

My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for our honeymoon in Seaside, Oregon, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the charming and cozy atmosphere of the property. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the quaint shops and restaurants Seaside has to offer. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time away. The kitchen was well-equipped for the few meals we cooked in, and the living area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from the deck. We spent countless hours there, enjoying the fresh ocean breeze and watching the sunset. It felt like the perfect spot to celebrate our new life together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this condo! Our 20 month old is a ball of energy and we’ve previously had a hard time finding accommodations that fit our needs. Monique’s condo was absolutely perfect! The place was very young child friendly; we actually got to relax instead of chasing our daughter away from breakable decor or delicate furniture!! The provided pack and play and high chair were very clean and easy to use. The view was amazing and the grass outside was perfect for running around and avoiding the sand. Monique’s communications was great and so were her activity and restaurant recommendations, breakfast at Otis Cafe was amazing. We can’t wait to return!
