Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We enjoyed the beautiful view, with the outside deck being where we spent almost all of our time. The place was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the amenities located right in front of the condo, we also enjoyed walking to dinner at the restaurants at the resort next door. It was so easy and perfect for our vacation. Geoff was super responsive with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

My girls and I had the most incredible stay here, I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view left us all speechless. The home was so beautiful, clean and spacious with great views all around. The outside hot tub area was gorgeous for hang outs and again, the most outstanding view of nature. The community was very peaceful and quiet and felt safe since it is a gated community. Jose was very quick and responsive and offered great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, chairs and more that came in handy for our beach days. On that note, the beach was a short drive away and there are great restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again, would give 10 stars if it were possible! Can’t say enough good things about it, had the best time!

Great location! Wandy also had some great suggestions on things to do around the area. Everything was secure and comfortable, and also just like the pictures. View was beautiful and relaxing. Wandy was also very accommodating on a late check-out since our flight was at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Ms Renee was very friendly and helpful, the villa was just what we needed for our family vacation. She was helpful and was available on messages if we needed anything. There were choices on pools available to us, nice and clean and not too crowded.The place was nice and clean and very comfortable. Will hopefully stay there again in the future.

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

This place was perfect for our spring break trip!

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment for a long weekend! We really appreciated all the amenities provided including the beach chairs, beach towels, and outdoor shower! The best part was the gorgeous outdoor area with a hammock, chair, and lush greenery. It really felt like a paradise! The apartment itself was very spacious, well-stocked, and the kitchenette was perfect for making small meals. Parking was very easy and always available right outside the apartment. 100% recommend staying at this lovely apartment!

Excellent location. Cerca del aeropuerto y de básicamente todo. Easy check in instructions. Separate Parking right in front of the property. Place was clean and cozy.

Loved our time at Jorge’s place! The view overlooking the water at night and with coffee in the morning was so peaceful. It was a 10ish minute drive to get groceries or food so if you are looking for somewhere walkable, that would be the only reason not to stay there. Otherwise, it had everything we needed including candles and a blender. Yes please piña coladas by candlelight overlooking water!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

The apartment was so comfortable! Even though our trip was during a really hot and humid part of the year, the a/c cooled the place down quickly. We were able to access several spots with ease. They also had a lot of helpful resources that we didn’t think to bring! Like aloe, handheld fans, makeup remover, and a hairdryer. They even had a book of local recommendations. We were so grateful to be able to have everything we needed, even if we didn’t think to bring it ourselves! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building at first, but we realized we had accidentally missed the check in instructions that Juan and Nilda had sent to us! Once we read those, everything was COMPLETELY clear. Make sure to give those a read *before* you get there. Other than that, it was a smooth trip! Fantastic food within walking distance, easy access to Old San Juan, and a really comfortable place to stay!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Carmen's stay was exactly what we wanted! It was in the Yunque Rainforest but not as tucked away as some others we saw. It was beautiful and very peaceful. Absolutely loved the outdoor space, that's where we spent 95% of our house when there! Would definitely book again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Loly’s place. The complex is nice and right by the pool and the private access beach with plenty of gear to use. Comfortable beds for all of us. It was a great spot to go explore the rainforest as well. Loly was helpful about how to get groceries since we had a late flight, and she is very responsive.

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

What an amazing spot in San Juan! My family of 5 stayed in #4 and my parents stayed in #3. This is the perfect place for a multi-family vacation. There is a gated yard with a pool, gas grills, patio tables and chairs. We really loved having a private backyard space. The house was even better than we expected. I especially liked how it was fully stocked with supplies, dishes, household items. We loved the neighborhood. There is a wonderful grocery store just one block away. Dakota is probably the most responsive and accommodating host I have ever experienced with Airbnb. 5 out of 5 stars!

This place is amazing!! The view when you walk in is just breathtaking! We had windows open and felt the ocean breezes during our whole stay. The view is of the ocean, forested areas and the harbor in the small town. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Note there is a cook top but not a full oven, though there is a large toaster oven. There are three bedrooms and two baths. There is plenty of seating in the living area, and a large dining table on the balcony for outdoor dining. The real highlight was the private pool. It was a great size for doing some swimming and having fun in the pool. There is a shallower side (3.5 feet?) and a deeper side (5 feet?), and having both worked well for our family. It's really just a great place to stay and we were all sad to leave. Jayanne was great and easy to communicate with.

What a beautiful place!! The location was perfect close to restaurants, literally pharmacy is across the st. I have stayed in Coral Beach many times and what I love about this particular unit is that is quiet, the bathroom is very spacious, the kitchen is super spacious, you will have washer and dryer in the unit which is great to dry the towels. Then there is the VIEW!!! you can see the beach from the balcony and is heaven!! It was soo very helpful to have actual beach chairs, like the ones you use as a backpack. The host was available when needed and oh yeah... free parking. I will be back soon and will definitely stay in this gorgeous apt. again!

Stayed for a long weekend. Had an amazing time. Jairo was very responsive and his airbnb was amazing!
