I highly recommend using staying with Carlos. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach. The accommodations were immaculate and the location is very central to San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcoming touches, like the care basket and the cozy blanket for our dog—it really made us feel at home. The space itself was very spacious, relaxing, and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The views were stunning, and the location made for a perfect getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely love to return! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

Over all I recommend this place. Its a Great Place to stay. We were first time visitors to PR and we planned our trip around the Rainforest. We felt this place was perfect when we booked because we planned to do all the adventures the Rainforest offered as well as hit up the beautiful beaches in Frajardo/ Los Cabos. So this place was in the middle of everything we wanted to do while we were there. *As far as the house goes- Beautiful house! It's located way up on a hill. Has a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the Rainforest. The pool is gorgeous. The waterfall and lights for the pool were a bonus. Inside the house was nothing special. Looked just like the photos. But we weren't there to stay inside so we didn't care. *Biggest suggestion- Rent a car that is not low to the ground! I know the host recommends renting a car, which is definitely a must! BUT please note the driveway you pull into is on steep decline and you are suggested to back into it. You will bottom out!

This was our second stay at Villa Serena and we couldn’t imagine a better house, setting or experience. Many thanks to Sam and Nancy for making our return visit so special, even with a brief power outage on the island. We adore Bravo the dog and admire the amazing skills of the gardener. We look forward to visiting again in the future, it is truly one of our favorite places we have ever been as a family.

Casa muy bonita, y pensada para pasarla súper bien en familia. Muy cómoda, todo organizado y limpio. Ubicada a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, entre otros… El anfitrión es muy amable, y te ayuda con cualquier duda que necesites. Esta equipada con lo necesario, por lo cual es recomendable para reservar varios días, y en familia desconectar un poco de las rutinas diarias. Nos gustó mucho!

Todo en muy buen estado, muy limpio el lugar y muy acogedor. De sugerencia un calentador para la ducha. Lo de más genial volvería a quedarme
