My family and I had a great time at Robert's camp! growing up in the area, I was so excited to get to stay so close to town yet have the rustic feel. Robert's cabin had plenty of linens to keep us warm, and he had the heat on ready for us when we arrived. I can't wait to stay there again in the future!

The cottage was a very peaceful and private place with beautiful views. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the relaxing setting and hot tub. I was able to read on the beach that looks out on the bay. It was great to also be so close to two towns with plenty to do and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing place to stay.

Our stay at Marie and Harry’s River Valley Escape was incredible! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The hot tub and sauna were a dream, offering ultimate relaxation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for restful nights. The hosts were kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Our family spent the long weekend at this beautiful farm house. Carolyn was very responsive about check in. The house was lovely. Very well decorated and very clean. The back yard was beautiful, we enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day. The beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Thank you Carolyn for making our family getaway special. We definitely would go back.

Can’t say enough about this property and home. Spacious, warm and comfortable. Well equipped for cooking, clean and very private. Kyla was super responsive and friendly. Just 10 mins to grocery in St Stephen and 20 mins to St Andrews. The hot tub barn was so cute and enjoyable. We had terrible weather and it didn’t matter, the place was all we needed. Thanks to Kyla for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for a short visit while visiting our daughter at the University. It was in a great location. The house is beautiful and totally spotless. It has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!

The best place I’ve stayed in northern Maine! A great spot to launch from for snowmobiling with plenty of room for parking. The space is super clean and up to date. The gym has all you could need and is a huge perk, especially for the area! Hope to stay again next year.

It was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with a few friends! Right from the start we were made to feel welcome with a welcome basket with everything we needed for smores including fire starters and sticks in addition to nice handwritten note. We all loved the cottage inside with more than enough room for both kids and adults to relax or play games, sleep and eat supper. Outside was also great with the bbq, fire pit, propane fire table, especially at night with the amazing stars!), yard games and of course the beautiful lake especially with the leaves at this time of year! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and a little swimming repeatedly including the last morning after the hosts graciously allowed us to check out a couple hour later! We, especially the kids, also enjoyed the visits from a very friendly pug the hosts had told us would likely drop by. All in all I highly recommend staying at Shore Thing Cottage! We will definitely consider coming back!
