Ryan’s place was beautiful, lovely and private was a perfect spot to stay for a family members wedding just down the road. Ryan’s communication was great and the place was well presented and lived up to expectations. I highly recommend coming and staying, you won’t regret it!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Refugium, sehr privat und voller schöner Dinge zum entdecken. Hier können sich alle - von Groß bis Klein - wohlfühlen. Es hat uns allen viel Spaß gemacht, z.B. die Glühwürmchenhöhle zu entdecken, während eines Bades im Pool die Sterne zu beobachten oder am Bach nach Gold zu schürfen und die Flusskrebse zu beobachten. Unser Highlight war eine persönliche Führung durch den Wald auf den Pfaden der früheren Goldsucher und zur Goldmine. Wir zum Land und zur Geschichte sowie der Natur viel gelernt. Fran und Grant waren tolle Gastgeber. Ebenfalls können wir den Tip zum Besuch der Carew Falls absolut weiterempfehlen. Der Weg ist einfach und der Wasserfall sowie die Aussicht sind unglaublich lohnenswert.

Absolutely amazing location and what an incredible house to be privileged enough to stay in. Denissa’s hospitality was amazing leaving us a nice welcoming note and treats to snack on. I highly recommend staying in this slice of paradise and hope to stay here again in the future.

The pictures dont justify just how great the place is, we were blown away the minute we walked in.. We went there to celebrate my partner's birthday and she had an amazing one to say the least. Meghann is an amazing host, she was very welcoming and warm. Thankyou so much for maintaining such an amazing property, will definitely be going back again and again and again... 😊😊

The small lodge at the Cairn’s was so lovely! We loved our one night stay and wish we could have stayed more nights! The hot tub was a highlight. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Fabulous place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. We loved all the space inside and out. There were just 2 of us, but there would be lots of space for 4, with private bedrooms either side of the living space. We loved looking at the view from both the garden chairs and the hot tub. Star gazing was amazing!

A perfect house with great amenities. Lovely views from the very sunny balcony which itself was surrounded by a beautiful garden, full of lemon trees and flowering jasmine. Very comfy beds, great shower and a superb kitchen. We loved the separate media room with tv although we didn’t spend much time in there as the beach walks were more appealing. Great stay, thank you!

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

A wonderful and beautiful home, a truly beautiful setting and views. Just loved it. If you stay make sure you add a couple of days more as Akaroa is a great place.

Wow... That was our main word for this stay. The location and view was incredible. It instantly felt like a real relaxing getaway. We noticed some issues around cleanliness that I will share directly with the host so that they are aware, as this place deserves the best! The hot tub was an absolute highlight. Such a friendly and responsive host to chat to online. We had a fabulous time here and we definitely hope to return to this oasis on the hill!

Sent my employee down for work and he was grateful that I locked in a great place to stay. No dramas, easy to find and access. Loved the views. Such a great place.

Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Casey's cabin. The space is private and thoughtfully decorated with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. A perfect getaway for self care and pampering!

The cabin was very clean and well provisioned. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of cereals. The walk down to the beach was very nice and ended in gorgeous views. Nigel was friendly and helpful. It was a great stay!

A cute cottage with everything you need for a few peaceful days away. Waking up to the view was spectacular! Good locatio , just a few minutes drive to cafes and Lake Matheson. Would recommend.

Robyn and Dan’s place was amazing! Though it is nearby to a road, they made sure to make the property so private and cozy that you feel like no one is around! We stayed at many places while traveling NZ, several of them had outdoor tubs but Robyn and Dan’s top them all! They also left my husband and I complimentary Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon which was so sweet! The bed and pillows are VERY comfortable! Robyn was very responsive when we arrived. Highly recommend staying here!

This cabin is a special place of calm and beauty. There are so many ways that the cabin opens opportunities to enjoy the astonishing natural surroundings. The giant windows, cedar sauna, deck and tub were all perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the lake, walkable to the restaurants and shops in town and about a 45 min drive to Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park. Great cabin just above the camp/camper ground of the same property.

We saw Skylark on a Youtube video and knew we had to stay there. We made this as our last stop hoping it would be as good as we imagined it would be. It didn’t disappoint and exceeded our expectation. There was nothing that was not thought of by our hosts (welcome platter, condiments, coffees, teas, welcome bottle of wine, a fire place ready to go, charged and awaiting E-bikes and the list goes on). We were even provided with a clear night to see the stars. Any thought, feeling or touch you use to describe this home can only be accompanied by the word “spectacular”. This place is absolutely stunning and we loved reading about the history in their book. So many family memories and what a tribute that they created something so wonderful. Wish we were staying here a week. The rain didn’t stop but we still jumped in the hot tub, which was sheltered by a large tree and it was so relaxing and fun. We were greeted by a beautiful sunrise this morning, reflecting in the river - tranquil and beautiful. Thank you
