Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Great house in great location with well thought out extra goodies provided in every area of the house. We really appreciated the extra welcome food drinks & flowers. Our family both adults & kids really had a great time staying the house , thank you!

We loved staying at the property. Janaya has gone to a lot of effort to have everything we needed there. We felt right at home.

It was breathtaking. The views from the house were some of the best I have ever witnessed. It was such a beautiful and big house. The deck with the hot tub over looking the lake was heaven. The whole house was just perfection. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Just dreamy.

This property was one of our favorites on our 3-week adventure across New Zealand! We unfortunately only spent one night here, but we would’ve loved for our stay to be longer. We took advantage of the natural plunge, private waterfall, and peaceful surroundings. Kylie was so kind and gave us a full tour of the property, making us feel right at home. The shed was so eclectic and unique, which we loved. We would absolutely stay here again (and for a longer period)!

Lieu atypique et plein de charme. Nos enfants ont adoré dormir dans l’ancien garage des diligences avec les selles des chevaux exposées comme décoration. Mike et Linda ont été très accueillant et nous ont fait faire le tour de la propriété qui réserve de nombreuses surprises! Malgré le temps pluvieux nous avons passé un très bon moment !

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at James's place and it was equally as good as the 1st time. For us Racing at Levels was magic, just being down the road. We were able to relax within a few minutes of the track. Plenty of room for a big Race Trailer. James a very responsive host and very helpful with early check in and being able to leave the trailer for an extra couple of hours after checkout. If James will have us & the house is free we will definately be staying again

We loved our stay as property was perfect for our small group. The pool and bbq area are great for enjoying time with family and friends. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. The house was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed. We walked to the hot springs and restaurants. The hot springs were fabulous and we had great Thai takeout from Som Tam.

This is a great house being fully equipped with everything you need. It's light, airy and modern. The outdoor space is great too. And in a quiet neighbourhood. Just one recommendation - bring an eye mask if you like dark bedrooms. The master bedroom has modern white venetians, and these don't block out much light.

From the moment we arrived, the house was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Super close to Nga Puna Wai sports hub which was a bonus for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although on a busy road it is quiet inside and the location is perfect. Handy to local shops, short drive to the supermarket at Merivale and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. Off street parking makes it easy to get your bags and groceries inside. The living room is a great size and kitchen has everything you need and more. Note that although there's a washing machine there's no dryer, but there is an outdoor clothes line and a drying rack to use inside. 2 good sized bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt right at home here and are sure others will enjoy it just as much. We were visiting family so will stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you Rose.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! The view over the waterfront is incredible. We would walk across the street every morning and watch an ama,ingredient sunrise. There is so much to do in Kaikoura, we need to come back. Bon's house is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was not over crowded but had everything we needed to cook. I hope to stay here again soon.

Such a great place to stay in Tekapo! Short drive or roughly 10-15 min walk into the main part of town, amazing views and comfortable beds! Perfect set up for our family to explore the area. We could even enjoy the stars from the wonderful deck! We definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable home away from home as you pass through Tekapo!

Looking for somewhere a bit different, quiet, and comfortable in an amazing MacKenize country, this is the place to stay. You need a vehicle to make the nice drive to the location . Take groceries, make a meal, and enjoy the setting and night sky.

Danielle’s house was comfortable, spacious and just a little quirky! The beds were large and the quality of the sheets and towels was appreciated by us all. The huge back yard was fantastic and the neighbourhood quiet and peaceful. Danielle was super responsive and replied quickly to all our requests. One of our party was unwell and the house certainly allowed for some peace and quiet. There was a supermarket and pharmacy within easy walking distance too. You would need a car to get to the central city area, but it was also very easy to catch a bus or an uber.

Surrounded by amazing views with great star-gazing and sunrises over Timaru. Jillian was very responsive and accommodating when some trip details happened to change. Much appreciated and would happily stay again

We had a great stay over xmas and new years, it was a really nice family space and an ideal base for relaxing and enjoying Reefton and the surrounding area. Communication with Alice and Eamon was quick and easy.

Glorious place set back from the already very quiet road...very private. Extremely comfortable inside, and on one of our days we had wind and rain but you wouldn't have known that inside the unit... everything provided was top quality. The surrounding area is very beautiful and town about 4 mins in the car...great swimming beach there too. Everything you need for a coastal getaway and James was always responsive and friendly. Highly recommend x
