Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

Beautiful place, in such a pretty village, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by countryside. House was in wonderful condition, felt at home right away, so cosy. Loved the garden and the view of the house from there at sunset, and in the morning sunshine it was breathtaking. Really lovely hosts, always there to help, but also felt free to roam and had space to be alone too if you wanted. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, everything super clean. Great bathroom, with large walk in shower and bath with a nice view. One night stay felt far too short, will have to revisit one day and stay for longer. We drove 10-15 minutes to next town Elham for dinner at the King’s Arms, very cosy, great hospitality, delicious food. Lovely conversation with Peter after breakfast about travel and told us about other nice places to visit nearby. Really loved our stay!

Wycliffe is brilliantly located, close to the sea front and a short walk to the centre of town. It is very quiet, the off street parking is very handy. Our room was absolutely pristine and spacious with lovely light from the big windows. The en-suite bathroom was a little small & air extractor & flush were quite noisy, but it was totally spotless with good towels & toiletries. There’s a nice lounge and a small bar on site. We didn’t eat breakfast there but from the menus it looked like good choice including for vegetarians. Sharon was very welcoming, helpful & professional. Would happily stay again.

Jill and Ian's B&B offered a clean and comfortable family room. We only stopped there for one night, but the extra stop on our way back to the Netherlands offered us the opportunity to hold on to the relaxed holiday mood! The delicious English breakfast and the swimming-pool were bonuses indeed ;-)

Accueil très chaleureux d yvette et Philip. Bons conseils de ballades, pubs restaurants à proximité. Excellent petit déjeuner à l anglaise. Yvette se met en 4 pour ses hôtes.

We had the absolute best time staying at Boldshaves. D and Peregrine were wonderful hosts! They were so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The grounds are incredible and seemed almost endless! Truly, I don’t think I have seen such beautiful gardens. The bedrooms were quite big—perfect for letting our luggage breathe a bit—and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also really fantastic with so many special touches!! We feel really fortunate that we found this gem. It was the highlight of our trip!!

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Excellent accommodation. The room is decorated to a top spec, well presented & has everything you need. Vivian is a great host, welcoming, friendly & helpful. With the added bonus of a breakfast it really is very good value for money. I would happily stay again & recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place. The hosts were incredible warm, friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The breakfast was excellent, the fresh fruit, homemade jams and full English were perfect. I couldn’t have hoped for better value for money, it’s a brilliant place to stay and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

It was a treat to stay at Simons place, interesting history which made the stay a bit special.

It worked better than a hotel for our family of 4! Every once in a loooong while I come across a place that seems too good to be true. Then I do all the due dilligence and discover that it has impeccable credentials and then I know that there is really no risk, just the joy of booking. This was the case with Jacqui's place. I had 3 priorities in mind: - our budget - rather tight - location - close to the beach and to the mini steam train RH&DR - food - to take as little as possible with us. And Jacqui's place had exactly that. There is a kitchen/diner/rest/playroom downstairs and on the first floor lockable spacious 2 interconnected bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Everywhere abundance of supplies. In real life it looks even better than the photos. Summing up : Generosity, excellent quality, fast & helpful communication, thoughfulness and attention to detail - it seems like Jacqui's main objective is to make a nice holiday possible for families by sharing the resources she has.

This was our second time staying with Ann and it was just as lovely as the first. A beautiful flat in a fantastic seafront setting. Ann is a very friendly and welcoming host.

Caroline was an extremely kind, helpful and welcoming host - we felt right at home! From her homemade brownies on arrival to the home baked bread in the mornings, it was a real special stay. All locally sourced jams and marmalades were also a touch, along side her homemade granola, she couldn’t have done more for us. The house itself is situated in stunning surroundings of Rye, a stone throw away from the town centre. Will be back for sure, and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful country get away.

Such a lovely peaceful spot in the countryside. we only stayed a night as we had a nearby wedding, but would happily stay longer. Breakfast was a lovely touch also. Highly recommended

Wonderful getaway at Richard’s lovely cottage. The house is beautiful, full of charm and soul. Set in beautiful gardens overlooking water and close to tranquil countryside walks. Richard is very friendly and gave me great suggestions on a walk route and delicious pub to have lunch. Highly recommended, thank you!

Excellent Host, very kind. She provided extra toys for our 1 year old. There is a huge extra "play" room with large tv, pooltable where we could enjoy some quality time with our family. The room was clean and cosy with it's own bathroom. I recommend it to everyone to stay here

Celest is a wonderful host and we had a lovely stay here while visiting Kent for a wedding. We had a rare night away from the kids and she was very kindly flexible about check in time which allowed us to get ready for the wedding. Breakfast was delicious and she was very careful about my peanut allergy which made me feel very safe. Would highly recommend.

Celest welcomed us to her home and it was such a pleasant stay! Our room was clean. Linens were fresh. All amenities are provided. Breakfast was absolutely stellar with cheese board, toast, yogurt and other food we can't remember. View from the breakfast table was a cherry on top. Celest even went out of her way to lend us a walking guide book which we had followed. We were extremely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with a friendly host.

Lovely place to stay, perfect for my stop whilst walking the North Downs Way. Sarah and her family made me feel incredibly welcome and I felt right at home. The house is lovely and I slept very soundly after an excellent dinner at the local pub just up the lane. Very highly recommended!
