Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

The location is unbeatable and the house itself is amazing - spacious and beautifully finished. One of the best air bnbs I've stayed in - the friends we were there with agreed, as did the kids! would stay again in a heartbeat

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

Such a brilliant place- very clean, lovely hamper of breakfast bits left for us and obviously the hot tub! Quiet area, easy to get to Whitstable and Herne bay. Had a great time.

Really great location walkable to everything in town. Beautifully presented and clean throughout, it was a wonderful place to stay. Showers were excellent. Sofa seating was slightly limited for us, as we have teenage children, but very comfortable otherwise. We very much enjoyed our visit.

We loved staying here! A perfect space for a big group with great communal areas. The house was light, bright and well equipped with lots of plates, glasses etc. Sam was also the perfect host - super responsive, friendly and let us check in early which meant we could make the most of the great weather! Our only comment would be lack of privacy in the main toilet - the curtain on the door has a bit of a gap. Didn’t bother us too much for maybe would for a more private group! Nonetheless, would recommend in a heartbeat.

Ideal place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Pleasant walk along the River into town. The parking space makes it easier to unload your car. All the rooms are good size and very clean and comfortable.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Great little place with the star feature being the hot tub!! Was such a good space to unwind. Hosts were very communicative and would absolutely stay again:)

Harbour View is a lovely place to stay in Folkestone, central location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Good seafront walks. Tanya was a great host thank you x

Apartment is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. It was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed the welcome box of Maltesers…I hope they were for us! Great communication from Nicky. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Whitstable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

Very helpful after I had been let down by another host. Replied to my request very quickly and super helpful. Was in the property within an hour of requesting. Very clean, suitable property in a good location for a good price. Would stay there again.

Wow what a view!!! Seriously incredible! Debbie’s communication was fantastic. We were able to check in early too which was so good as we arrived early on Saturday so we could have our toddlers nap at the accommodation

A beautiful apartment with everything we needed and Erica and Daniel were delightful to communicate with.

This is our second visit to this Air BnB. Convenient locations with great views of the sea. We were lucky enough to have the place flooded with sunshine. Really easy place for when you are looking for a few days to get away from it all. With the bonus of being able to watch huge ships going by!

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

A beautiful, spacious flat that is bright and sunny. Easy to get to by train, loved the beach walks right from the doorstep. Great communication and appreciative I could check in earlier. Instructions to get in the flat were super clear, can’t fault the stay!

Richard's flat is located right in the heart of Canterbury and yet is in a very private, secure, and quiet location. The flat is beautifully outfitted and furnished, and Richard was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. He even had the sofa bed ready for us since we were arriving from an overnight transAtlantic flight and he thought (correctly) that we would want to crash. All in all, it is hard to see how it could have been better! Very highly recommended for any stay in Canterbury. Five stars!

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. My partner and I had such a fabulous stay at this apartment. Having a view of the sea from the front room and a coffee in the morning was a major highlight for us. The location of the flat is also perfect for getting around Margate. The beds are comfy, flat was cosy and decorated really well. The hosts were super helpful and responsive so we had zero issues finding the flat. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!
