We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to our favorite Waynesville spots. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful little details throughout the stay, everything was just perfect. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. The host went above and beyond—very communicative, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions I had. They made sure I felt comfortable and at home, which truly enhanced the experience. The location was ideal—quiet, yet conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore. I loved coming back to the cozy and peaceful ambiance after a day out. The bed was so comfortable, and the space had such a warm, inviting vibe that made it hard to leave! Place was great and met all of our needs for our stay! The yard was great for our pets as well! Location is ideal, convenient to a lot of different areas of Asheville.

Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Everything was great. The home is on a dead end street that doesn’t allow for trailer parking or turn around. However, the home had ample parking and the covered porch was great. Conveniently located to downtown Hendersonville and Asheville.

The creek was amazing! Great for rock hunting and peaceful sounds. The fire pit area was awesome too! The waterfall got covered up by some tree damaged but we managed squeezing back to get a good sight!

Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view across the street. Had everything we needed with coffee and stores 5 mins down the road!

The home was immaculate. We felt right at home when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and museums. Kelli was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

A very clean space. Tha ka for the snack basket. I was happy to see the full filtered water pitcher in the fridge.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

The place was very comfortable and exactly as described. My family and I visited Anakeesta and The Island and loved coming back to a warm and welcoming space.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!
