Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and Yulias place was amazing and beautiful it was, just as described also the perfect location 10 min from the beach, the home was clean and everything was in place we felt very at home would definitely come back and stay if ever in the area again.

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

Quaint, roomy & comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to relatives we were visiting, shopping & restaurants. Quiet area without traffic noise. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. The back deck was alive with birdsong! Would definitely stay again.

Great place nearly on the beach and quickly walkable to all the bars and restaurants. Clean, well-appointed, spacious. Loved the massage recliner in the living room.

Bill and Mindy were very easy to work with! House was super clean and had all amenities for our short term stay for a wedding. Also very close to McGuires and Palafox, my personal fave spots in Pensacola.

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

Great place to stay! The house is spacious and clean. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our family. The hosts are great communicators and showed me around on arrival. They took care of the pool while we were there to make sure everything stayed perfect. Definitely recommend!

Our family loved staying here! It was an easy drive to go to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was fantastic and our kids never wanted to leave! All the amenities were amazing so we didn’t have to pack or buy extra (garbage bags, dish soap, towels). We would definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful. Brought our kids and dogs and Dmitriys place fit all of us perfectly. Location is perfect. 15-20 mins from all the popular destinations and multiple dog park options to run the pups! Only thing missing was a broom so we could sweep up all the sand brought in and out throughout the day. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

We stayed 30 days to get out of the cold from Ohio. It was close to the beaches, State Parks and restaurants. Christian was very response if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend this rental.

Our group of 7 people felt right at home here. The home was spacious and the sleeping arrangements were great. The large driveway was a plus since we had 4 vehicles between everyone. Will definitely be trying to stay here during our future Pensacola visits.

The location of this house was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. Delays caused the pool to not be available during our stay, but with the beach so close it wasn’t an issue. There were also plenty of amenities available when we weren’t out exploring Pensacola. From the entertainment area under the house, to the grill and fire table outside and plenty of space inside, it was easy to relax and enjoy our time. Laura was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.
