Cute little cottage with a ton of amenities right outside of downtown Wimberley. The location is great because it’s quiet but close enough for a 3 minute trip down the road to restaurants and shops. I’d recommend cabin 1/white because your porch with hot tub is very private. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

We had a little hiccup getting into the cabin but Cherri immediately came out to help. The cabin was perfect and secluded exactly like the photos.

Absolutely an adorable house with a lot put into the decor. It felt like home away from home. There are 3 types of AirBnbs: 1. Not going back there 2. That was enjoyable 3. Didn’t want to leave We definitely DIDN’T want to leave. -Neighborhood was clean. -Property and inside of the house was clean. -Easy to find. -Was private but yet people were around. -Adorable unique decor. -Solid A/C and heater. -Great water pressure. -Host was very responsive and friendly. We want to stay there again!!!

Fernweh AirBNB along the Guadalupe River was the best stay-cation. The amenities with pickleball, basketball, pool/hot-tub, and the river complete with private tube launch (of course!) entertained both my teenager and first grader for days! They even allowed us to bring our dog ( for a very reasonable added fee ) was so thoughtful and generous. We can’t wait to return again this summer! Thank you, Dakota, for a fantastic Spring Break experience for my family & I.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely anniversary trip at this canyon lake casita. Diana was super responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and very clean. We loved the hot tub! Also they have a peacock that hangs around in the backyard occasionally so we got to see him 3 times! Overall such a wonderful vacation and a lovely home. I definitely highly recommend this place.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Don’t skip this one. The home was comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. It was a perfect place to travel with our pup. We hope to be back!

The garden was lovely. Lots of birds, butterflies, and flowering plants.

Thank you, Sandi, for a wonder stay! The home is even better than pictured. Very cute and homey. The kitchen is a feature point, stocked with cookware and gadgets to cook any meal. The main shower was luxurious with rain fixture and pebble floor. Sandi has included a helpful hostess planner, providing complete directions for home amenities including remotes and barbeque. The home is within leisurely walk to downtown and centrally located facilitating a short drive to Fredericksburg, Luckenbach and Stonewall to catch great music. We hope to visit again!

A must stay if ever in the area! 10 out of 10. Not only are Kathy and Wayne hospitable, but their home is so beautiful. We spent the days walking the surroundings and feeding her sweet goats. My daughter was able to hold a baby goat before we left! We also were able pick some of her veggies from her garden.

Very clean, cozy, comfortable place with a great view of the lake. Our stay was short for this trip. I will definitely reach out again next time I need a place in New Braunfels. Would recommend to my friends.

A quiet wonderful place to stay . I felt so relaxed and it was such a nice change for my wife and I since we both have busy schedules. The river is walking distance and there is a really nice brewery close by. We are definitely going back and cant wait. I want to thank Katie for being such a great host and responding to our questions so quickly.

We had a great time staying 4 nights at Jim&Tambra's Casita. Great location between San Marcos and Wimberley. Easy access to restaurants, San Marcos attractions and located in beautiful TX hill country. The casita is located in a super quiet neighborhood, especially enjoyed the option to go for runs or walks in the quiet neighborhood streets as well the path on the property. The casita is exactly as described, super clean, everything is new and super functional. Jim&Tambra were very helpful and even explained some of the uniqueness of their beautiful place. Definitely recommend and will stay here again for future visits!

There are 2 houses on this property. I was staying 2 months, and about 10 days into my stay the hot water heater began leaking in the Plum Cottage. A replacement heater had to be ordered. I was offered the chance to move to the other (bigger) Stone House at no additional cost, either until the repair was made, or for the duration of my stay. I chose to remain at the bigger house for the duration. Not only was it an upgrade, but it kept me from having to move all my stuff yet again. That was a very kind offer !! Although this location is in the country and very peaceful, Wimberley is just a short drive for any needed supplies or to visit shops and restaurants. As I'd drive down the road this property is on, folks would wave when passing. I once encountered a deer in the yard as I was heading out. It moved a little farther away, but was still enjoying being on the property a little later when I returned. Nice to be in nature and able to share the same space. A pleasant stay !!

Our stay at the sunshine cottage was absolutely perfect. Sarah was so responsive, provided detailed instructions, and was incredibly friendly. The cottage was lovely and we felt right at home. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience! Cindy's guest barn exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Hill Country views that stretched for miles. The barn itself was beautifully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Cindy was the perfect host, incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. She made my family feel right at home, which made our stay even more special. The pool was amazing as well, providing a refreshing escape with a view that's simply unbeatable. Waking up to the serene landscape and enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight of our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking scenery, this is the place. Wonderful stay for our family of 5! Rick was an amazing host and the home was in excellent condition. Peaceful, full of amenities, and the property is beautiful. You can tell much thought and care is put into the home. As a bonus, the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It was the perfect getaway for us. We always love visiting Canyon Lake and hope to return to Oak Hill in the future!

We celebrated our 6 year anniversary and Audrey’s home was the perfect peaceful getaway! We had planned to explore the lake and local restaurants that she provided us with but the home was so comfy we did not leave at all! We enjoyed every aspect that the home offered! Our favorite part was the tub/shower the fire pit and beautiful views from the kitchen! We will visit again!

Beautiful place to spend our 44 wedding anniversary weekend. Extremely clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The home decor was really cute and made the place feel like home. Much better than staying in a hotel. All the things you needed were there. We really didn't utilize the kitchen as we hadn't planned on cooking, but we definetly will next time. The outdoors needed some maintenance, but Janice had mentioned that the landscaper was meeting her there that weekend. I saw a couple of scorpions on the back porch crawling around so I would'nt have gone out anyways. Those things scare me. My husband enjoyed going over to the river to fish for a couple hours and loved seeing all the deer roam aound the property. The river access was easy and convienent. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend this place to future guest.

This trip was a great experience! The Airbnb itself had a very comforting and relaxing vibe. It was nice to sit on the porch and unwind listening to the birds chirp. The owner James was responsive and thorough with directions and any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re planning on staying in the area!
