The house and location are exactly what you’d expect based on the photos. The house was clean, spacious and very open. The surroundings were quiet with beautiful views. Will definitely book again in the future!

Chris and Shelly’s place was the perfect getaway for our little family retreat. They were extremely responsive and dealt with a couple of small issues very quickly. We had a little hiccup with the hot tub but they had that worked out by the second day and we got to enjoy it. There’s plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and spend time together. My granddaughter loved feeding the fish and learning how to play foosball! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the little extra amenities in the bathroom and throughout the house made it feel just like home, even for my 10yr old dog. All in all, a nice place to get away and use as a home base for exploring San Antonio.

Our stay was excellent. We traveled with two families; both with teenagers for a short spring break getaway. Pool table, hot tub, and the pool itself were a hit. Huge kitchen space with everything needed to make meals. The large countertop was superb. And the outdoor grill/seating was great. Highly recommend taking the short drive to Lady Bird Lake to kayak or paddle board. The adults also took the opportunity to visit Treaty Oak Distillery and Deep Eddy; which were within 10-20 minutes away.

Great little spot, close to lots of fun. Good place to clear your head and hang with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at Jon’s house. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were really comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our family of 4. Jon was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Ann's mattresses are super comfy. I think they are a hybrid mattress. My family also loved that we got to use Ann's hot tub one evening despite the extremely low temps this week. The hot tub heats up really quickly. The location of Ann's home is close to a lot of big box shopping, which I had no idea about if that's your thing. I personally loved that it was an easy short drive to the historic Congress St. We ate our best breakfast at Magnolia Cafe. I highly recommend the quirky fun vibe and variety of selection. We also feel in love with Summer Moon Coffee! So much so that we ended up trying two different locations in the Austin area.

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

Our family-of grandparents, children and grandchildren-including an infant, have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jonathan's and Valarie's beautiful home. The home is just as pictured- with every amenity you could possibly need . The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. The pool and spa and the lovely grounds are a special treat. A vacation is complete if you never leave the house! And the host was a wonderful communicator-offering information and assistance. Yes- we'll be back! Thank you, Jonathan and Valarie.

We had a really nice stay with our family over the holidays. The home is beautiful, is furnished nicely, and has a great kitchen. The backyard was really beautiful and has a nice pool and hottub. The only downside we experienced was some water heating and pressure issues - the shower running heavily affected the water pressure in other parts of the house like the kitchen sink or the other shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

First, Grant was a very attentive host. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could bring all 4 of our pups. As our host, he was always quick to respond to our questions. The property was exactly as described. The vastness of it was perfect for the dogs to roam and shake out with their zoomies. The home was so comfortable and spacious. We all agreed that it was a peaceful space where we could hang out with each other and not be on top of one another. The living room had enough furniture for all six of us to sit and watch movies in comfort. We brought our own dog beds, but one dog liked the dog bed that the host provided. We did take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the property offered. The pool and hot tub were a hit! S’mores at the fire pit and hanging out together in the cool night air was also relaxing, after exploring the trails on the property. We will certainly beck some time in the future. We are all in agreement, best family vacation, yet!

Much larger in person than in photos! Very clean. So beautiful and cozy for a couples getaway. Tucked away on a hill. Has everything you need for a weekend. Blue Hole has some of the prettiest water we’ve ever seen. Cant wait to come back in the Spring! We found plenty of firewood in the entrance to the cabins area. some great Oak and Mesquite! Bring gloves to gather wood if you don’t bring your own — lots of spiders and country bugs outside in the brush. We loved the native plants in the garden and the fossilized rocks up front. Check out Pioneer Towns Country Boy Museum! It’s like time traveling to the 1800’s. Very magical little town, Wimberley. We loved it.

The house and property are beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house is nicely decorated and everything is very clean. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Clark & Lora’s place. The environment & surroundings were so peaceful. Inside the home, you can tell that the design, furniture & instructions included were very well thought out. We try to live a clean / low tox lifestyle and the cabin fit that perfectly. It is on a rainwater harvesting system, the amenities in the bathroom and kitchen (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap) were on the cleaner side, they have glass dish ware and a French press for coffee. We really appreciated all of the little touches. We loved how you’re able to fully take in the surroundings with windows maximizing views throughout the place. One of our favorite things was the neighboring farm dog, Shyla, she would greet us each time we pulled in and first thing in the morning. The sweetest farm dog! We will be back and may bring more family with us to book the cabin that is next door.

The woodshed was great! We will definitely be back. Host was great and very communicative. hot tub was the main reason we stayed there. Very much enjoyed our time here . The pictures don’t do this place justice- it’s beautiful and so is the area. If this available -book it, you won't regret it!

This house was on point. There was nothing left out to ensure such an amazing stay. We felt right at home. The home was pristine and had everything and more to ensure such a wonderful visit. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a plus and were equipped and ready to go. We especially enjoyed the upstairs “movie” room and the PacMan gaming console. My kids had plenty to keep them busy. We also cozied up with blankets provided to watch a family movie each night. We will stay here again for sure!

Very nice and cozy cabin, we really enjoyed our stay and my favorite part was the view plus the hot tub. Very close to canyon lake and about a 30/40 minute drive to Wimberley. Overall a great choice for a getaway.

We had a great couples weekend. The cabin was spacious and cozy. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. Just what we needed to get away from kids and city life. Peace and quiet.
