A beautiful place! I loved spending mornings on the balcony looking at the river.

This is a really beautiful brand new place, and the complex itself has great amenities. Be sure to ask for the pool code if you want to use it - there's a gate that the Butterfly App doesn't open. Super comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, great shower. Complex is brand new and safe. Nicely decorated!

The Airbnb was clean and in a safe area. The point of contact was very prompt with responses.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. We were very thankful that Fatima’s house became available on the spur of the moment. We had originally booked another location, but after we arrived and could not get in the house, we were told by the owner it should’ve been canceled two weeks prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, it was not. Fatima’s house was everything we needed for a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Great stay! Home is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. It’s actually one of the cleanest air bnbs I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Starbucks about 5 mins away. Host was also accommodating to my reservation requests. Would definitely stay again!

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

This rental was perfect for our needs! We were having our house remodeled and rented this AirBnB house for 2 weeks. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all cooking items that we needed. We had enough room to spread out. Having a washer and dryer was nice. My son works from home as a GIS analyst and the internet worked perfectly for him. Learned how to use Roku! Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at the Greenbelt Haus. It is a great location and an easy walk to all of our favorite places in New Braunfels. We would stay there again!

Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Mark was easy to communicate with and has a wonderful place. We can’t wait to come back. It is in a great location, well-appointed and comfortable for a group. Thanks for making our New Year’s Eve in Gruene so much fun!

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.
