Very comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. Reception was very kind and helpful (we communicated through translate app without issues). Location is right in the centre but it was pretty quiet. Strong hot shower, regular cleaning - it was ideal for a few days doing activities in the countryside.

Beautiful room with ceiling to wall windows. Modern but private. Host helped us with rides to and from Hanoi as well as arranged a private car that took us to Ban Gioc, a cave, Paper Village, and Angel Eye Mountain. A wonderful stay.

Definitely get what you pay for here, the room is super clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly, gave us great food recommendations and even stocked the bar with white wine for us on request. The rooftop has great views of the mountains and the bartender is excellent. Very refreshing after staying in homestays throughout the country, great change of pace if you want something higher end for a few days.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und nett eingerichtet ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Lý antwortet schnell und ist hilfsbereit:)

La dame à la réception nous à beaucoup aidé avec nos besoins divers (restaurant, transport). Elle ne parlais pas anglais mais faisait beaucoup d’efforts pour nous comprendre, L’appartement est propre et le ménage est fait à chaque jour. Nous étions au 2e étage, en haut de la réception, et c’était un peu bruyant le matin lors des allés et venus des gens,. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation!
