Nous sommes restés un week-end dans ce logement très agréable et bien situé . Idéal pour une famille , je recommande à 100%.

Giordano is the definition of a SUPER HOST! Our transportation was delayed and arrived almost 2 hours late. Although, he does not live in Rovinj, he patiently waited for us outside. We arrived at night, so this was comforting to us. Giordano helped us bring the suitcases up and went over all the instructions very clearly. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine! The place was even better than described. Spectacular view and very well equipped, including a washing machine. Also, very clean. Location was perfect! NOTE: You have to go up about 4 flights of narrow stairs. For elderly people or people with physical challenges, the stairs may be a bit much.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. The host was great and organised a water taxi for us at cost, which made the journey so easy. Everything was perfect inside, and space to easily enjoy the 3 days in Venice. Comfy bed and couch. Even 2 chairs to sit and watch gondalas go by out the window. The location was a short walk to both the busy tourist streets, the local walkways and also restaurants. Try the local pasta in a box place right near the corner - both yum and great value.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir konnten sogar unsere Fahrräder im Haus abstellen.

Marina was delightful. Left us with a wonderful chilled Prosecco and wine glasses when we were finished checking in. She was very flexible and met us on a flexible schedule when we checked in. Balconies are over a canal and the walkways. A great breakfast patisserie is right next door and it's very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. a great location and lovely host.

We stayed in Olivier's beautiful flat for the best part of a week. It's even more stylish in the flesh than it appears in the photos. I'm an architect and I spent the first hour or so admiring the design and the classic furniture selection. Olivier organised for it to be made up as a three bed unit utilising the clever sliding partition to create the third bedroom. This worked really well and didn't really detract from the feeling of space in the main living room. The location is superb, overlooking the canal on one side and the main entrance to the Arsenale on the other. It's very close to cafes and restaurants on the lively Via Garibaldi. It's also pleasantly quiet in this area. Walk north along the outer wall of the Arsenale and you can be on your own amongst the narrow streets and canals. Oliver is an attentive host and offered plenty of advice about where to eat etc. All in all it was probably my best ever air bnb experience and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Olivier!

We liked everything about the visit. We followed the hosts instructions and used Google maps with the coordinates they sent -instead of the street address. Once inside the courtyard the host met us and directed us to unit. Beds were very comfortable. One was a sofabed. But it was made up with a regular mattress. Nothing like a regular sofa bed! Bedding was luxurious with duvets and nice pillows. Decorating was very nice, interesting colorful prints. The location is incredible. Water views, situated in a lovely park, steps from restaurants, grocery, EVERYTHING you need is right there. Close to several water bus lines St Marks maybe 15 mins. Once you fight the crowds which ate intense you will be very happy to come “home”!

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

Super, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Burano. Vera und Ihr Mann waren sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Danke.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

House was great. Very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the canal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Venice!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. L'appartamento è molto bello e posizionato in una posizione ottimale. Facile da trovare e comodo anche per il posto macchina nel garage. Dotato di tutto ciò che serviva, ed anche di più, incluso ciò che serve per un turista di passaggio. Veramente gentile e disponibile anche quando ho dovuto modificare la prenotazione per motivi personali sopraggiunti all'ultimo momento. Lo terrò presente anche per il futuro.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice. Great location - could walk everywhere and near to restaurants, shops and major sights. The apartment was also very peaceful being on a quieter street. Easy short walk from nearby San Samuele vaporetto stop - we were met by our host who was responsive and helpful regarding any queries we had. We were also able to check in slightly early and leave our bags for a few hours after check out which was a big help. Thanks very much, I’d highly recommend Enrico’s place and would happily stay there again.
