My sister and I came early and even though check in the wasn’t until 3pm, the host was kind enough to let us use the bathroom and change our clothes for our excursion. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely friendly and responsive. You can do laundry here, but make sure you do it early because it is a 5 hour process. They conserve energy here which I really like and if you use more electricity than provided per day it’s 12usd for more electricity if I’m not mistaken. The area is lovely and I’d recommend it over and over. It is a walkable area with many food options near by, there’s a beach, excursions mini markets… everything you’ll need is right there.

The place was spacious, clean, had a beautiful view, accommodating and the host was responsive and kind. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! Thanks so much for a great vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Darleny communicated very well, the location was even better than we expected. Steps from the beach, restaurants and gifts shops! Plenty to do for sure!

Liset is absolutely amazing. Our stay was such an amazing experience. She is a great host and is very responsive. The apartment is very nice and looks exactly like the pictures on the listing. Even better, the apartment is within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and stores.

Très bien situé et équipé! Seul bémol: beaucoup d’articles de cuisine brisés, de même que la fenêtre (elle ne se barrait pas). Mazu a dit qu’elle allait réglé ce problème après notre départ!

El anfitrión fue muy amable y muy atento, siempre me respondió rápido los msjs y tanbien se acercó a preguntarnos cómo iba todo, se mostró responsable y amable con nosotros. El lugar es muy lindo y tiene salida a la playa con resposeras incluidas, el trato de todos los que trabajan en el lugar fue de 10.

WOWWWW!!! This place was amazing! EVERYTHING we needed was a block or 2 away! Restaurants were incredible, quick walk to the beach, plenty of stores and excursions. We went on the Samoa Island tour (totally worth the money)! Had a massage in the apartment (which is highly recommended)! I felt safe with a doorman there at all times plus no issues walking to places...very safe and comfortable). Everyone is friendly and welcoming too! We have stayed at several resorts before...I highly recommend staying outside of the resort...this penthouse apartment was a perfect alternative!!! It was even better than the pics...well worth the money!

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

Plenty of space for our 9 guests to spread out! There was a nice large table for us to all eat together and play games together. We did have an oven issue (the knob was broken and the gas wouldn't turn off), but someone was sent over within 15 minutes or so to help us with it. They showed us a way to make it work until they could get it permanently fixed and all was fine after that! It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The teenagers in our crew especially loved the private rooftop pool and patio area. During the weekdays, we often had the community pool to ourselves as well. Thanks for a great getaway!

Alex and Sandra provide a clean clutter free place steps from the beach. The apartment was very nicely decorated. The location on the beach is unbeatable. A few steps from the beach. Playa Turquesa's grounds were meticulously well maintained. The area of Los Corales just outside the front gate had easily 15 restaurants to choose from. Italian (Simardedo), breakfast (Dhalias), Asian Fusion (Citrus) among many others. It is a perfect place to relax on the beach in a classy, quiet environment. 5 Stars!

Perfect apartment, beautiful decoration , perfect view and super clean. Basically you would get 2 suites in one. Definitely recommended for a great vacation experience!

We had a fabulous time at Gissel’s place. 2 adults and 2 kids for a 2 week vacation. The unit is well located, a quick and safe 10 minute walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. Gissel our host was amazing! There was a bit of a learning curve with the electricity and Gissel walked us through it. She was incredibly responsive. She asked for feedback and any suggestions to make the place more comfortable and we mentioned that a dresser would be nice because the unit was lacking drawers to put clothes away. A dresser was delivered the next day, I was shocked! The kids loved the pool and the cats that roamed the property as well as interacting and learning Spanish words from the gate guard Lico. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool at night. We’d happily return to Gissel’s condo for our next vacation!

Enjoyed our stay. We were given recommendations of nearby shopping and restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the day and also car rental from Jonathan across the street. Sebastian was very responsive at check in and with any questions I had.

Wonderful, spacious, peekaboo view of the sea, overlooking the beautiful quiet pool, fantastic balcony terrace. We love Cap Cana and this apt is large and so very comfortable, beautifully decorated, wonderful bed, well equipped kitchen. Everything is top notch, lots of supplies and plenty of water for the water cooler. Great washer and dryer. Porfirio and Hector were very accommodating. We visited API Beach, Juanillo, and Sanctuary Town, with rides arranged by the SportsIllustrated staff. Make sure to check out the daily sched at TRS for activities, and walk all around to discover everything the Marina has to offer. We even walked out to the north towards the golf course past the Coast Guard station, you can walk for miles along the beautiful beaches. No need for a car. Great Uber svc and Nacional at Blue Mall for groceries . And don’t miss Time Out Spa for couples massage and the Water circuit, two hours of bliss for such a reasonable price. Bohemian our fave restaurant. Will return!

We loved our stay here. Host was very responsive and super helpful. We loved being in front of the beach. Home was very spacious and clean. Construction during the day, which was mentioned, and some music coming from the beach at night but other than that the nights were quite peaceful. Over all we really enjoyed our time here and thank Liseth immensely for providing us with such a pleasant experience!

This place is absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures and descriptions said. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The whole complex and the surrounding area are beautifully manicured. It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe. We even walked to local restaurants twice in the evening and never felt a bit uneasy. They have golf carts and scooters to rent, and you definitely should rent both! We used the golf cart to explore other parts of the community, like the market and other restaurants and shops across the marina. The staff at the complex were all really nice and helpful. Most of them spoke English really well, which was a plus (we’re Americans). We’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit again. It’s a 10/10 recommendation! By the way, I highly recommend Scape Park as an all-day activity. It’s absolutely incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And Adventureland horseback riding is also a must-try. It’s a 10/10!

Un vrai coup de coeur! Nous avons été charmés par la villa de Sonia. Tout était impeccable! Nous avons apprécié énormément la flexibilité de Sonia pour notre arrivée et notre départ. La villa est très bien située, près de la plage et d'une épicerie. La cour était magnifique, parfaite pour se faire des bons repas BBQ. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour à la ville de Sonia. Merci infiniment!

beautiful private and peaceful stay. the location is amazing with security and private beach access. walkable to good restaurants. the ground are well maintained. the condo is very clean, well stocked, and an absolute joy to stay in.

First time at this place. Amazing view. Great family ambiance. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, everything accesible. We had a great communication with Elvis, who also suggested some good restaurants. Will certainly go back again.

Super AirBnB! A proximité de la plage (Bavaro & Bibijagua). Par contre, la location de voiture est nécessaire car l’endroit est assez isolé et loin du centre de Punta Cana. Accueil très hospitalier en somme, je recommande vivement!
