The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

The place is good place especially for Family🥰 Clean and comfortable

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

So overall i still recommend their unit for staycation at the same time accessible ung place if ever you forgot to buy something and a lot of things to do around.

I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

The host was very accommodating , Ate Mary Jane, the help was very approachable and even asked if we would like to buy food from the market. She also offered a ride to one of our team mates that would leave early. Would recommed to others especially to those coming from the Pinatubo Tours that would love to have a place to stay near enough.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay

The place was easy to find and access, thanks to Ruby's detailed instructions. It was spotless and well-laid out. Ruby really has her guests in mind, with stuff provided that you normally find in a hotel. She made us feel at home. I wouldn't think twice about booking her place again.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The place was nice, has complete amenities with three pools, gym, and rooftop deck. The owner was very accommodating when we accidentally left an item behind, they kindly agreed to deliver it back. Will definitely come back in the future.

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use. very easy booking, checkin and such a wonderful stay for us. good thing hilton was fully booked the night before our event! we got this place quite a lot cheaper and better as we felt so at home. we had a lot of space to prepare our materials and work. superb! thank you!
