Amazing!! For the age of the building, it was very modernized and the place was spotless! It was so nice to walk across the street to the beach. I’m not one to leave reviews often but this one deserved it! Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem.

Great place to stay right in the heart of everything. Steps to the beach, the bar, the restaurants! We will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed for a one night stay after returning from our cruise. The price was extremely reasonable, it was walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and things to do.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserem Sohn im Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen und unser Sohn hat sich sehr über die vorhandenen Strandutensilien gefreut. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Location was fantastic. Dolphins hang out at end of inlet. Went kayaking twice a day...saw manatees, all kinds of birds, dolphins. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. For what you pay for a hotel, this is tons more value for your money. It feels like actual living in cocoa beach, not just a tourist. Beach is super simple, short walk away. John provided tons of beach gear. He was super kind and helpful. One of the best Airbnb host/location I have experienced. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Stay was good for what we needed. It accommodated sleeping arrangements for our large party. House does need some work but they were very upfront about that. Let them know anything that was broke or not right just to be sure and they were very responsive. The area is in an older area, so some of the houses are run down but very close to a nice beach. Overall it worked well for us for our stay before the cruise.

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Matthew’s beach house. The pool was fantastic, and each day we took advantage of the 3 minute walk down the street to Cocoa Beach!

Great location, short walk to beaches, groceries, restaurants all in close proximity, quiet neighborhood also, just an excellent week

Jean’s place was the perfect pocket of peace we were looking for. I was able to walk down to the beach each morning and watch the sunrise due to the property being right next to the water. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive as well. Jean was incredibly responsive & kind when we reached out with questions, and made sure we felt welcomed. It was obvious that his priority was us enjoying our stay, which we definitely did! This was our first time in Cape Canaveral, and we will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was wonderful! Andrea is such a great host and made check in/out very smooth and easy, as well as responded to anything we needed very quickly. The place itself was extremely clean and the surrounding neighbors were friendly. Everything you need from pots and pans to cleaning supplies are provided which is a huge benefit. Would highly recommend and we hope to be staying here again in the future!

The building and unit itself are clean and well kept, everything in the unit was updated and nicely done. The beach is beautiful and we were grateful to have use of the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! We were even able to witness a rocket launch! Thank you for a great stay!

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.
