We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

The River Oak Bungalow was the most perfect getaway, a true slice of paradise! The cozy living room was the spot for March Madness brackets, a hundred inside jokes, and funny memories. We spent a lot of time on the dock with our boat and the home's SUP; saw a few dolphins, too! More laughs around the fire pit in the evening. Kids' favorites: fishing, that frisbee!, tree swing, the bunk bed. Hosts recommended Paradise Beach which was a super short drive, and we were so impressed with the crystal blue water. We are already planning to return; thank you for sharing this amazing home with us!

Super cute place and close to the beach! The workout area in back was nice along with the beach bikes and beach stuff! We had our own bikes with us but next time maybe we won’t bring our own bikes. Would love to stay again!

If you're looking for a home close to the USSSA Space Coast Ballpark, this is your place! Was very pleased with the home and the amenities in it!

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

This home is one the most wonderful place we’ve stayed in. Lovely kitchen complete with so many items to cook a family dinner. Beautiful lanai with comfortable seating and lovely plants. And the back garden is beautiful as well with many flowering plants this time of year. Ronald was very accommodating by solving all the minor problems. Loved our stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lindsey’s place. It felt like home away from home. Watching the sunrise and being able to have the ocean as our backyard was priceless. We enjoyed walks at the beach and picnic with a view. The place is small, but perfectly equipped with everything you need. Great for a couple with small children. Lindsey was so responsive and addressed issues right away. We truly appreciated her prompt communication and recommendations in the area. We hope to be back.

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay here! It was neat, clean, and homey. The lights were on, TV was tuned into music when we entered. Plenty of towels and the necessities for the shower. Nice large dining table for puzzles or games and working on laptop. The toaster was over the top wonderful, got to see it to believe it! A very pleasant stay for the week in Orlando! 5 STARS!

Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

Lovely quiet place. We were in town for SpaceX launch and really enjoyed Kelsy’s house. Would like to come back again.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing. The entertainment area was great for exercising and just chilling out. There were many games available. The rooms were in excellent shape. The kitchen has the amenities and the bathrooms are clean. Glad they supplied towels for bath and beach.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here, and it's always clean and ready. Sushma responds immediately to any need we may have. She goes out of her way to make us feel at home...from lit deer in the yard to wreaths to a huge Christmas tree. This place is right between family we visit when in Florida.
