Cape Canaveral : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This is the second time we stayed in Erin’s Airbnb. We enjoyed our vacation and would go back again. Very close to beach and room was nice.

Rob is a fantastic host! I would go back in a heartbeat! The ocean is just a block away to the east and a few blocks from the action west. I hope Rob will take us up on our offer to visit Hawaii 🙏 😀

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This place was absolutely amazing. It was super nice and clean. It was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The side private yard for my dog was so convenient and I know my dog enjoyed it. Ben & Tracey were extremely responsive and friendly.

Quick trip to Cocoa beach… and a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice trip.

Had an amazing time spending my bachelorette weekend here! The house is on a back road off the main strip and easily accessible for walking to the beach (about 2 blocks) or some local restaurants. The rest were a short drive away. The house was clean and provided extra toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. There was also a coffee station with Kcup pods stocked. The outdoor shower was cute and perfect for rinsing off after the beach which they also provided chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella for. Francis was quick to respond, has great local recommendations and was accommodating for anything we needed!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

It was clean, charming. Other guests were pleasant. Loved the shared space . We used it and we loved the trees that colored indirect lighting. The close proximity to the beach was nice. Loved the table on patio. We used it. Appreciated the offering of beach chairs & umbrella.

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

This was the second time we stayed at Maria’s place. The unit is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a long term stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic area for riding your bikes. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend Maria’s place for stays in the Cape Canaveral area.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Very nice place to stay with our big family, very convenient and close to all the amenities. Would stay here again for sure!

Thank you so much for letting us rent this little studio apartment. It was nice and pleasantly furnished. We appreciated the bottled water and the snacks. The kitchen is stocked with basics and the keurig has a variety of k-cups which was nice to have. The bed was comfy and so was the couch. The train woke us up on the first night, but after that it didn't bother us at all. It definitely wasn't an issue. The check-in was straight forward and easy. When you get inside there's a complete guide to everything you need to know about the studio and the area. Everything is well thought out and organized. We would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area. Thank you again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s home - very quiet area of neighborhood. Home was spacious with 2 living areas. Kitchen was well stocked with starter items which was very much appreciated. The backyard was so well planned with the pool surrounded by lush shrubbery, trees and wooden fence which provided total privacy. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a person who travels a lot it is always nice to have someplace comfortable to rest even if it’s only for 1 night. The neighborhood seemed great and safe- overall very pleasant stay.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as well as very comfortable, well equipped and pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Parking is easy and you have groceries and amenities within a short drive.

We had a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to the Kennedy Space Center. An added bonus was that we were able to see two rocket launches from the beach.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Sarah was very nice. Easy directions to follow. Good place with great parking. I recommend this spot if you’re wanting to explore downtown cocoa beach!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We have stayed in many condos throughout FL but Elenys was by far the best! She had everything you could think of from every day kitchen utensils, supply of paper products and laundry detergent, plenty of extra blankets and towels, and all your beach needs like boogie boards and beach chairs. This condo overlooks Cocoa Beach- the sunrise from this condo was amazing! There are all new appliances which adds to the comfort of the condo. Eleny was available at all times for questions and concerns. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
