Great place to stay for all of the nearby activities, including Kennedy space centre, cocoa beach, Dolphins Grill, etc. Would recommend. Very clean and spacious.

This place was new, clean, upscale, and beautiful. Everything was exactly as shown. We enjoyed the garage parking. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We used the laundry machines alot. We enjoyed the beautiful walking paths. My only complaints are that the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not very hot. Also, the building is so new that we had to enter address as 735 Cone Road and pizza hut needed special instructions to locate the building.

This stay was absolutely 5 stars across the board! I would give 10 if there were an option! We booked last minute due to our previously scheduled rental cancelling on us last minute. We were panicking and our host responded extremely quick, accepting our request for a stay approval immediately. We were in within minutes, we are so thankful because they saved our entire trip! It was directly on the beach, super clean and relaxing and the view of the beach on the patio was my absolute favorite! I sat out there and enjoyed the cool salty ocean air and beautiful ocean line for hours. It was very clean and there were several extra linens available. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are SO comfortable and the furniture is beautiful. There are a ton of beach items available (beach bag, tent, chairs, beach toys, a cooler to name a few). There is a paper in the drawer of the stand (next to table) that has suggestions for local places to check out which was super helpful! There is a lifeguard at the private beach behind the condo for most of the day, so that’s nice for people who have kiddos! There is a rinse off station just outside the beach area. The elevator is locked with a code so no one random can get in. The condos offer carts to help you get your things upstairs more easily and that’s super convenient as well especially if you have lots of items!! There is plenty of parking and it is free to park. The entire condo is gated in so it’s super safe. The pool is fantastic and the hot tub is super warm. This is located right off the main strip of A1A and is close to everything. Our host checked in with us a few times and was super responsive. We will definitely be back again. I would not stay anywhere else!!

We had a super stay here. The condo was so comfortable we could have moved in permanently! It was very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. It was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals when we wanted and we appreciated the beach gear as well. Being able to walk to the beach was a big attraction for us and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also liked watching the rocket launches at night. Scott was friendly and easily reached for anything we needed to ask about. We would stay here again if ever in this area.

the location is fantastic near stores and fabulous restaurants ..the pool was warm and clean .. lots to do in resort and near resort…

Sherry's place is a standout!!!!! We loved the clean spacious rooms. The kitchen had absolutely everything to cook with if you wanted to. A short fun walk to the beach with foot path and outdoor showers for sandy feet. It's a really great condo with some ocean views and a lovely patio to watch the morning sunrise. Nice pool and hot tub too!!! We are going back ASAP!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊😊

The condo is in nice proximity to the beach. Several restaurants are within a just a short drive away. The staff were very friendly, and the host was prompt and informative. The amenities are nice for teens.

Exactly as described. Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center and a Dolphin cruise. Super restaurant right next door. Coffee starter basket was a welcome surprise. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.. Thanks Chase :)

Wonderful family vacation. Felt right at home. Everything in the condo was immaculate and comfortable with clear instructions. Hallway closet was stocked with everything you’d need for the beach. We’ll be back.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

5 Star Unit! My daughter and her family had an incredible stay at this Cocoa Beach condo! The upgrades made to the unit are truly impressive, especially the open kitchen and beautiful new flooring throughout. Everything was extremely organized, and it was clear that the space was well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with updated dishes, utensils, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The linens were top-notch, and we were delighted to find plenty of quality towels, including makeup towels, so we didn’t have to worry about dirtying the white towels. The family stayed in three units at this condo complex, and this one is by far our new favorite! Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Angie's place and we loved it! Angie is a friendly and responsive host and was easy to communicate with right from the start. The view of the ocean from the large balcony was gorgeous and it was such a treat to be able to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. The unit was comfortable and clean and was well stocked with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and sand toys. We would recommend Angie's unit and hope to return again one day :)

Christine's home was comfortable, extremely clean, private and had quality furnishing and wonderfully stock pantry. We felt at home and enjoyed our time at her home. Christine's instructions were very thorough, I only had to contact her for a quick question before check-in and she answered immediately and was very accommodating to oue arrival time. Thank you Christine for a great time. I would not hesitate one bit before renting this unit again.

We really enjoyed being close to the beach and pickleball courts. We used the hot tub once and it was nice. We got to see Elon Musk launch one rocket from Kennedy Space Center right on beach at midnight. The beach reminded us more of a SC beach, a few hours south the water is more blue. Pros: pickleball, tennis, basketball on site, felt very safe, short walk to beach/pool/hot tub, partial ocean view and nice balcony. We could ride our bikes to Publix and a cool health food store, although roads are pretty busy. Plenty of towels and dishes except needs more silverware. Cons: pretty loud until 10pm as basketball courts are right outside master window, and you can hear voices of people walking outside around condo, rockets are very loud if trying to sleep during launches, couch and outside furniture is worn needs updating or cleaning. Overall, many personal touches, good communication, and good location unless you are seeking something more quiet.

My husband and I visited Orlando for a three day class. Vanessa’s place had everything we needed. Didn’t expect many things but she wow us with snack, coffee, water, great body products, nice shower and comfy bed. I forgot my personal blanket home and man I was so happy my husband found the same blanket in the closet for our use. Vanessa your attention to detail is amazing! Thank you.

great condo on the beach, literally only the dunes between the condo and the beach. Great views of the ocean, quiet location. Very clean, well kept condo with all the amenities! Will definitely consider staying here again! Very responsive and inviting host! Top Notch!

We had a wonderful stay! Michael was responsive to every question we had. We were able to see 3 rocket launches while there because he kept us informed. The house is beautiful inside and out. We were able to take our dog with us, which is always a plus! We fished every day from the dock and had a wonderful time!

Recommended A++++ Everything an AirBnB should be! Great size near new everything bedroom, super comfy new king size bed, direct lake views from the bed, private ensuite full bathroom, large walk in closet, plus exclusive use of a large living area with electric recliners, large fridge freezer, double hob, large microwave, washer and dryer. A/C was always on and at a perfect temperature, hosts were generous, warm and friendly. Will be back!
