Darryl is a great host who is cool and patient. This place is located at a quiet and safe neighborhood. With two bedrooms, a kitchen and laundry, this townhouse offers a home feeling stay with great value.

We loved the location. Walking distance to beach. Very friendly & responsive host.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

My family came from Washington state to visit with family. It was our first time in Florida and we absolutely loved the house. It was just a few blocks away from the beach which was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and was pretty stocked with things we may need. She even had left some toys out for my 3 year old to play with! She messaged all the time with recommendations of things happening around the area and was just so kind. I truly appreciated how quickly she would respond to any questions my family and I had. We would definitely book here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Richard's house..we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect! Enjoyed beautiful pool every day. Richard was Quick to respond if we had a question. Look forward to return trip!

Nice place. Dis not encounter any of the mentioned setbacks… probably luck. The walls seemed this, however the neighbors were silent and we were never disturbed. The beach and restaurants are so close. Responsible host. Perfect check in.

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

We loved that it felt like home away from home. It had everything we needed and it everything was nice and clean!

John’s place was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and had everything needed for the walk to the beach! The shed was organized and stocked with beach equipment. The outdoor shower was perfect after the beach and the location was perfect. It is peaceful and quiet and a great place to stay. I hope to visit again and would highly recommend John’s place.

Sandy is a wonderful host. If you have any problem or concern she responds immediately. Mostly, all goes well leaving you free to enjoy your time and relax.

Monique's Cocoa Beach property is well worth the price. My wife Amy and I stayed for 2 nights to go to the Daytona 500. Not a bad drive from there or to Disney world. The beach is beautiful and it is right next to the pier where everything is happening. The overall complex is still quiet considering its location. There is a never ending variety of restaurants and activites within walking and driving distance. We would highly recommend Monique and her property and will return in the future to beautiful Cocoa Beach. All the best, Ryan and Amy Pensacola, FL

Great location. Didn't spend a lot of time in the home. We were on a golfing trip so we primary just slept in the home.

I had an amazing stay at Angela's Airbnb in Florida! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Angela is a fantastic host—she’s warm, attentive, and truly cares about her guests’ experience. The property itself is stunning, well-maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!). It’s clear that Angela puts a lot of effort into making her space inviting and cozy. The location is perfect, close to local attractions yet tucked away enough for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Only 45 minutes from CoCo Beach and 35 minutes away from Disney springs! I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return. Thanks, Angela, for making my trip so memorable!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place and it was just as great as the first. We love the location and felt right at home. We enjoy having quick access to Melbourne across the bridge ( our daughter attends FIT) but yet being minutes from the beach! Thank you Laura for accommodating us.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights mid march. Our first AirBNB experience. It was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom with a TV and the main areas to share. It was really nice to be able to have our own space and decompress after long days of fun. The unit was easy to find and easy to access with the directions sent by Phillip. Parking is right in front so that was perfect at night to be right there! We chose this place because of the close proximity to the theme parks and our friends nearby, but also because we wanted a quiet place to stay. The beds were super comfortable. Unit was clean and the area is very quiet. Everything we needed to make it feel like home was provided. I felt safe in the unit and around the property. Pool looked nice but it was too cold to swim the days we were there. The patio is so cute and the plants are beautiful, it was great for morning yoga and relaxing. The washer and dryer in unit was a huge amenity. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was great!! Very cozy place to stay with the family. Enjoyed the pool but yet was close enough to enjoy the beaches as well. Had amenities to use at the beach which was great as we flew in from WI so we were not able to bring chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and some toys for the young ones. Would definitely recommend to anybody and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Andrei helped set us up with a local rental car and had it delivered to the Orlando airport for us. Andrei was a great help in making this a great family trip. 5 stars all the way around!!!
