Cape Canaveral : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Le petit déjeuner face au lever de soleil sur l'océan est merveilleux. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et tout l'appartement est bien équipé. Je ne veux plus que ce logement quand je viendrai à Cape Canaveral.

Awesome updated condo. Roomy and a great view from the 2nd floor. Pool was spotless and private beach entrance. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

Angela was a great host to communicate with and she was very accommodating. Her place was exactly as described in the listing. We had no issues while staying at her place and would definitely recommend this rental property. Something to be aware of - the unit is inside a gated community, which is no big deal for us. But, it does add a few extra minutes to the commute getting into and out of the gated community, and then driving to the unit. With a gated community, you get that extra sense of security and it was a great gated community! Lots to do, areas to walk, a pool and barbecue area, etc. Highly recommend Angela and her rental unit!

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Gemma's condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. it was 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

We loved your place and would stay there again, hopefully for a longer stay. We loved the area and would love to explore more. Ashely’s place is very comfortable, clean and organized. The kids did not want to leave, either did we! The house was great and met all our expectations. The pool was amazing, warm and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything you could want to do on a trip. The paddle boards were fun and allowed you to get out and explore the waterways right from the house. The beach cruisers were also a nice added bonus. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tiffany’s! The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The eat-in kitchen area is spacious and leads to a sliding glass door to the backyard where you can enjoy some relaxing time on the patio after a day of exploring the Space Coast! It is conveniently located to many points of interest and the beaches. We would definitely recommend it and visit again!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, modern, and most importantly comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location; 5 min walk to the Ocean, 3 min walk to the Indian River, and a quick drive to the main strip of Cocoa Beach. The extra beach items available for use was a great addition we took advantage of. The only thing missing was a bbq/grill and a nice place to sit outside at the house. However, this would not stop us from booking again.

I booked Valerie's accommodation for 3 of my international colleagues. Her place was exactly as pictured, very clean, organized, and had all the amenities anyone could need. As hosts, both Valerie and Jad were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very proactive, quick to respond, communicative, and went out of their way to make the guys' experience a great one. They were very flexible - our needs changed a few times throughout their stay due to project extensions, and they were extremely helpful and graciously extended their reservation three times. The guys had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience. 10/10 recommend if you are in the area - for the space itself and such great hosts. Thank you again Valerie and Jad!

My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

Pedro was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very comfortable and attractive. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio - just that extra outdoor space was nice. If we are ever in this area again, we would love to stay in this condo.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Perfect location to stay in Cocoa Beach. Had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our visit.

Excellent location, hosts were great at communicating and allowed our large group to check in a little early. You can’t get a better location for visiting cocoa beach- you are right near everything! We rented a large transit van to haul a group of 9 and parking was tricky since it’s a one way but if you are a fair driver you won’t have any issues and a car or SUV would be a breeze. Pool was warm and fantastic if it was windy or cool at the beach. Lots to do nearby with a walk or short drive. Beach gear was very appreciated and we rented additional gear from A1A rentals who were also fantastic! We would definitely rent from Monique & Sal again!! Thank you!!!!!

This was an absolutely beautiful home—just as gorgeous as the listing pictures. Not only was the place tidy, but it was also stocked with items for guests to use, from supplies and ingredients in the kitchen, to books and board games in the living room, and chairs for the beach. Konstantin himself is very responsive, friendly, and proactive—100% would visit this location again!
