Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

Don't look any where else for a place to stay in the New Bern area. If quiet seclusion is what you are looking for - this is the place. Our unit was overlooking the harbor and we enjoyed a wonderful breeze that made sitting on the balcony absolutely wonderful.

This is our second time staying at Deb and Paul’s condo. The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It’s in a great location within A Place at the Beach. Our family loves it here!

Our family stayed here for our Christmas trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a large group! The home is incredibly spacious and had all the amenities you could think of or need. Essentials like linens and basic supplies were provided, but we brought extra paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags since we had a decent-sized group. Some parts of the space showed signs of being well-loved and a little dated, but that was expected given its popularity and design for large gatherings, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. The house’s layout and amenities meant there was no reason to leave after stopping for groceries in Snead’s Ferry and Jacksonville on the way in. Between the hot tub, games, and cozy gathering spaces, there was always something to do. Jerry and Ben, the hosts, were quick to respond and extremely apologetic and solution-oriented about the one minor issue we encountered. My family is already asking me to book this space again for next year!

Diane’s condo was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was spacious, uncluttered, and exceptionally clean. Diane was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my emails. I would definitely chose to stay at Diane’s property again.

This is a fantastic beach home. My large family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Steve was very responsive and helpful - the business-side of our vacation was easy and straightforward. The rooms and home itself had literally everything we could want. The décor inside and out was very tasteful and the kitchen was well appointed; plenty of gear for our crew of kids and adults. The family agreed this was one of our best holidays ever. We hope to return for a repeat!

Took a minute to figure out where the condo was located, but, once there, the stay was very peaceful and centrally located between Beaufort and Morehead City, giving us plenty of options of things to do and places to eat. Setting was beautiful. Park next door for early a.m. walks.

The house was very clean and everything was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beth was very helpful and very flexible!

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

This was our second stay at Sunchaser. We absolutely love it here. David is a very friendly and responsive host and his beach cottage feels like home to us. Clean, adorably decorated, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Plus, it’s dog friendly which was very important to us. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate, just do it!

We have stayed at Bill's house now for the 4th time and keep coming back. He and his wife have a lovely home in a fantastic community. The walk to the beach is under 4 minutes and you can be on the dock in the bay in 3 minutes. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for those rainy days. The treehouse structure is perfect for spending time on the hammock. Thanks again to Bill and his wife for opening up their home to us, we loved it!

Really nice stay. Single room and bathroom in historic house. Short walk to Castle Street with great restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also walkable to downtown and waterfront. Katherine a very responsive host, thought of everything. Communucated frequently and left a list of restaurant recommendations. Complimentary bottle of wine and a corkscrew. Clean, well-appointed room. Snacks. A fridge and microwave. On a main street but set back, some noise but mostly very quiet and private. Charming. Just very nice and near perfect for one person or a couple.

A beautiful place, convenient location. We were only here over night to sleep but would definitely rent here again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

The place was great. Felt very a spacious and private. The fenced in yard was very well maintained and great for our pups. Great, friendly people. We have stayed in Wilmington/Wrightsville many time and this location is great. While it’s not on the beach, it’s so close and lots of walkable dining. Super close to Airlie Gardens and the harbor for sunsets. Thanks for the stay!

Great place to stay just a few steps to the beach. Place was clean and had several supplies for us to use in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

We loved our stay at Diana’s place! Her home was perfect for our family and provided plenty of things to do to settle in for a long weekend inside and outside of the home. We really enjoyed the playrooms close proximity to the kitchen/living room. Her home was well thought out for all ages!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

We enjoyed our stay. Terri and David’s place had everything we needed and the view of the marina was beautiful. We would return again!

We spent a beautiful weekend at Robin’s house and enjoyed everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The house setting is in a wonderful location with shaded decks and great views of coastal woodland, very peaceful atmosphere. The house had enough room for a large family and all things were provided for a great vacation. Short walk to pool or beach and all things needed for a great beach day. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all. 😎

This place is hard to beat on Wrightsville Beach if you're looking for an ocean view, easy beach access, and premium parking. An ideal setting for our family of 4. The balcony overlooking the beach is roomy and amazing for watching the sunrise. Several restaurants and shops are under a 5 minute walk, and grocery store a 5 minute drive away. We plan to return!
