This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on quiet, tree-lined Bay State road, one of the "10 Boston’s Best Secret Streets" by Travel and Leisure. It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

SWEET STAY BY THE OCEAN ( 1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Ready cooked meals are fine.

Knowles Farm B&B, Photo Room

Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

In the center of Provincetown with on site parking, just one block off lively Commercial Street, The John Randall House delivers a tranquil boutique experience in the heart of the most unique village on Cape Cod. The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.

Guests are treated to a light breakfast each morning featuring Barry’s famous muffins! The house is close to beach, (1 mile) shopping and lovely downtown Falmouth (2 miles)

R02 - Queen bed & PRIVATE bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2 is on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A/C, TV, basic cable, WIFI, refrigerator. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
