We had a multi-month stay at Joseph's property while our home was being repaired due to a pipe bursting. Joseph was always very responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The property is located right in Washington Square and a 2 minute walk to the T which was super convenient. Having a parking spot is a must in Brookline if you have a car, so being directly behind the building was a huge plus. Like most buildings in the area, it was a little on the older side, but the interior of the apartment is in great shape! The washer and dryer are full size so laundry was a breeze. Joseph even offered to have cleaners come by at no extra cost due to our extended stay. I highly recommend staying with Joseph, you won't be dissapointed.

Host is very responsive. Home is as described. Small details like mouthwash and toothbrush shows how they care for their guests. Would stay there again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive: * We flew in from the west coast on a red eye, and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The hosts very graciously let us check in super early, so we could take a post-flight family nap. * It was cold and snowy during our visit, and the host was on-site right after the storm to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways. Their proactive actions made it possible for us to safely ferry our young children back and forth to/from our car. In addition, the Airbnb was very clean, and came stocked with enough cookware/etc for us to cook and eat family meals together. The travel crib was excellent and fit, assembled, into the closet of the main bedroom. The bedding was clean and warm. And the entire place, despite being in a basement, is centrally heated; we could keep it warm enough for our young kids despite the cold weather. And there were some toys! A great place for families

The house was perfect for me, my sister, brother in law, and infant nephew to stay for the holidays. The kitchen, dining area, and living room accommodated our parents coming over for dinners, the couch was super comfy for reading and watching movies, and getting into town was easy. Lots of great Armenian and Greek food around, and easy access to fresh pond and beaverbrook reservation for fresh air and birdwatching. Loved this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Walking in we were greeted with a fresh clean smell. The Airbnb was equipped with everything needed. We wanted to book again but the dates were already booked. We will be staying again, sometime in the near future. Alex was great in responding to any questions we had. Our visit was enhanced by staying at this place.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a parking spot inside the building is the most valuable thing since during our stay it rained quite a bit. We didn't need to worry about finding for parking spot and getting wet in the pouring rain. The building had a quite work area and gym. There were green line and orange line T stations in walking distance. I would say one of the cleanest airbnb I have stayed so far. I would love to look at this place first for my future visit to Cambridge.

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

Keith and Amy's place was outstanding! The location was secluded, scenic, and peaceful, yet close to everything Falmouth has to offer. The house was beautiful and ideal for getting ready for my wedding with my groomsmen and parents. It was more spacious than I expected and super clean and comfortable. Likely the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in and I encourage anyone to jump on the opportunity to stay here for a week or weekend on the Cape.

We had an awesome stay. The entertainment center in the basement complete with an air hockey table / table tennis, arcade and massage chair were hits for adults and kids alike!

We stayed here for the Hyannis marathon weekend and loved it! It was cozy and super homey. Truly a 2 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous views on our sunset walk. It fit 11 of us comfortably and we would love to come back if we're in town again. Amy was super responsive and answered all our questions. Thanks, Amy!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Ana’s place was perfect for our long weekend girl’s trip. The kitchen, grill, and outdoor seating were great for a cookout. We loved walking and biking to Morning Glory Farm for coffee, breakfast, and produce for our day!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

Darryl was very accommodating, and was very communicative before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

This was a fantastic air bnb, absolutely perfect location right by alewife. Quiet, well equipped and extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bathrooms were fully stocked and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We can’t wait to return for our next stay here. Thanks again Julia!!

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

We enjoyed the setting a lot, especially a quiet early morning walk on the golf course. The circa '90s bathroom and kitchen met the needs of all 3 of us. We would stay here again.

Very, very excellent. We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for us the chill and relax. Also, a very short walk to Commercial St. Shops and restaurants. It made our 10 wedding anniversary very special. Your place felt like home.. Thank you once again.
