You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Space was exactly as listed. Very clean and tons of space. We’d absolutely stay here again. Kelly was SUPER kind and responsive!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Patty’s house is in such a special, peaceful place. The walk to the beach is GORGEOUS and the beach is private and beautiful. I saw seals in the surf just a few yards away, it was so lovely. It really is a sanctuary and I’d definitely go back. Also, Patty was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

I had an incredible experience staying at Monica and TJ’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Renee’s house is absolutely perfect! It is directly on a beautiful private beach, and is close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the Dennis area. The house is equipped with anything you would need for a stay on the water: kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, a water mat, outdoor showers, extra towels and a fire pit on a well-decorated finished patio. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during the first Nor’Easter of the season and were not able to use these, but rest assured we still had a GREAT stay. The house itself is immaculate: spotless and stylish, brand new appliances, spacious enough for a 6 adult family and all in all a great place to spend a cozy weekend inside. Given we could not sit at the beach, we leveraged Renee’s plentiful local recommendations and they were fantastic- we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a getaway on the water, you will love her place regardless of the weather. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family!

Such a nicely maintained place with an exceptional view/access to the Nantucket Sound. The cleanliness and minimal interior design of the space as well as the off-season quietness in the area helped me focus on the work I brought with me. Also, I appreciated the sturdy furniture, and enjoyed wildlife sightings around the house: seabirds, song birds, bunnies and a fox. Samantha was responsive and helpful.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

This is a beautiful house, very well-appointed and clean. Communicating with Tim was easy, and the location is gorgeous.

This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a fabulous experience with the apartment. It was a little bit small, but actually ended up being very cozy for the long weekend. No issues whatsoever, and Kevin was a very gracious and respectful host. Definitely recommend this for a short getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.
