Cape Cod : locations de vacances dans des bungalows

My sisters and I were looking for somewhere local to get away for a couple of days and we stumbled upon Johanna's Airbnb. We stayed in the Mayflower bungalow which was perfect for the 3 of us! It was adorable, clean and had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Johanna also provides chairs and a beach cart which came in so handy. The beach is just a short walk from the bungalow and the cart made it super easy to get there in one trip. We met Johanna on the beach, and she was wonderful! She gave us lots of recommendations to local restaurants and other ideas we hadn't thought of! We are already planning to go back to this hidden gem next year!

Perfect for a quick or long get away! Loved everything about the place especially the quiet cozy area it’s located. Can’t wait to come back.

Johanna’s place was great for our family get away. We loved the brightness of the rooms and the seaworld atmosphere in the cottage. Johanna was so nice and her responses to any questions were so quick. The place is modern but authentic at the same time. We would love to visit again!

Rosemary was a wonderful and responsive host and provided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. This was a great find! Our family of three fit comfortably in the cottage and there are nice spaces to sit outside on the property too. The location is wonderful, across the street from the beach, and on a less-busy section of the street yet still within walking distance of several restaurants (~0.2-0.4 mile). The beach chairs, mats, and toys were a nice touch and saved us from having to pack our own, which we appreciated. There were also two adult-sized bicycles on-site but we did not use them (though they looked fine). There is a large and clean playground nearby too, which my daughter (age 6) loved. We appreciated the small touches (a thoughtful welcome note and gift, introducing us to some of the neighbors, and helpful notes throughout the home to use the air conditioner and appliances, etc.) We loved staying here and hope to come back!

We loved staying here! The bungalow was nicely decorated, super clean and a short walk to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail as wel when we discovered the beach chairs and umbrella! We want to come back next summer! 10/10!

We stood at the Tahiti bungalow, overall our stay was amazing! We were there for 4 days and between the beach being a 5 min walk from you and the bay being a 10 min drive, we had plenty to do in the area. The restaurants were amazing nearby whether it was a seafood shack or a old timey snack bar. The bungalow really had some nice beach vibes and was clean with plenty of amenities. Everybody around was very polite and the area we were in was very clean. 10/10 would stay again!

I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip. I’m pretty confident she said yes because of this Airbnb 😉. This was an absolutely beautiful location and the bungalow was a perfect home to come back to after a day full of activities. Kyle and Co. were perfect guests and extremely responsive when it came to answering questions. I can’t say enough good things about this place (6/5 stars) !!!

These cottages were very well renovated. They were tastefully decorated and the outside surrounding gardens were lovely. I was surprised at what a great job was done! We will plan another family reunion soon there! Cheers CNattie

Rosemary’s cottage was exactly as advertised. And, that was pretty great! It was clean, well stocked with all of the necessities and then some, and toasty warm in March's chill. The proximity to the beach could be measured in feet. The sunset could be seen from the living room window but then, with a few steps outside, seen setting right on the ocean’s horizon. In the off season, most restaurants were only open Thursday through Sunday but that’s exactly when we were there so that was just fine! We are eagerly anticipating our return to the cottage both in the off season but also in summer when we can take full advantage of what Wellfleet has to offer.

Sofias place was great! It is exactly like the pictures. The outdoor space was a nice bonus! Everything was extremely clean. Sofia also checked in every couple days and was very sweet. The place is a studio, so it’s small but does have a nice living room/bedroom area so they feel separate. There were 2 downsides, but not a big deal. 1. We did have to pay $75 for bedding and towels. That’s a 50/50 thing on cape cod, but we’ve stayed in ALOT of airbnbs and that’s the first time that’s happened. 2. You can hear the neighbors. It’s a duplex so with a duplex, it will have extra noise. You can hear literally the other persons conversation. The other duplex’s layout is the living room is up against your bedroom. So that’s a downside for sure, but the other tenants were very respectful and didn’t go to bed late at all. They were so quiet and we even chatted with them. If you are light sleeper, take this into consideration. I put a fan noise on my phone and it was fine! Great location!
