Sylvia’s house was on a quiet street. The best part for me was the deck on the back overlooking a canal and the mangroves on the other side- full of wildlife- jumping fish, an osprey, large lizards sunning themselves, lots of birds of all kinds including the daily troop of white Ibis inspecting the grass. Very private feeling and quiet. Ft Myers beach is undergoing lots of post— Ian construction but it didn’t impact us directly. Beautifully furnished with a comfy arm chair, handsome sleigh bed, and two capacious dressers. There is a table and chairs and a lounger on the deck. Great food truck a block down the main drag - Mom’s. Great for homemade breakfast egg and sausage biscuits

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Keri’s condo was absolutely AMAZING. She had all of the essentials you’d need, the condo was super clean & the beds were SO comfy. And, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves & having a cup of coffee on the balcony with the amazing view of the Gulf. SO RELAXING. The pool is also heated & the kids LOVED taking a dip after a day at the beach. The beach access is super close…a few steps away. We SO enjoyed Fort Myers Beach & we would definitely stay with Keri again. If I needed anything, she was quick to respond. I highly recommend staying with Keri. Again, thank you SO much, Keri. Our vacation was just PERFECT & we can’t wait to book with you again in the very near future. ♥️

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

We had a wonderful stay. We came for our annual visit with friends. Kehrin’s place was close to them and a short trip to the places we wanted to see. She and Jason were immediately responsive when we needed to reach out to them.

Loved my stay. It was super clean and easy access to the beach.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

The place was more spacious and welcoming than the pictures suggested - a lovely surprise! We didn’t have a car, but no worries; we were only a 10 min walk from the beach, a 15 min walk from the local grocery store, and a cheap Tran ride away from downtown. Nicole and her husband were excellent communicators, and they even provided us with an umbrella and a few beach chairs!

We had a few questions at first but Leah was very responsive and took care of everything. The unit says no pets but there was a dog barking in the 2nd room. It did get quiet later.

Amazing place to stay! Luigi was a great host and responded in a timely manner. We enjoyed the house and the area for a wonderful spring break trip!

This was a wonderful “home away from home” for my weekend hockey tournament in Estero. It was only 25 minutes from the ice rink and we passed Fenway South when driving back and forth. Lots of food options nearby. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking again if we travel down this way in the future.

We are still here and loving it! Perfect weather and perfect location in a historical location near Downtown Fort Myers. We have extended for an additional week and will likely extend after that (weather permitting)! Thank you Illka, Dave, and Zach (Theo and Sara too) 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had a slight mishap when we went to check in (after hours), but Zoi and the staff were super responsive and got us sorted in no time. The place was amazing! Right on the beach with amazing views from the screen porch to enjoy the waves and the sunset over dinner. The space was clean with all the amenities we needed (free laundry on site makes packing light a real treat!) for a week-long getaway for what was almost a comically perfect beach stay (complete with dolphins, eagle rays, shells and our very own osprey nest!). Definitely recommend getting yourself set up with a rental for beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as they are not available (that sun will toast you fast). We also rented bikes just down in the village area to bike over to Sanibel and Bowmans beach which was a great day trip with amazing shells. If you like to walk - it is a nice 25 or so minutes down the beach to hit up RC Otters for breakfast or the Mucky Duck for lunch. What a lovely stay - thank you!

Palmer’s place matched the description and photos. The location and amenities are absolutely great and we had an incredibly relaxing vacation. The sunsets from the lanai porch each night was an added bonus. We look forward to coming back next year and would rent from Palmer anytime.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Impeccably clean. Extremely spacious. Tastefully decorated. Large and peaceful enclosed balcony. Two pools within minutes walking from doorstep. Easy parking. Large grocery store in under five minutes on foot. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great - very spacious and exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean and modern. The pool in the complex was lovely. Took a few times to navigate the shape of the buildings and find my way around. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie and Blair’s for our quick getaway weekend to FMB. The space and property was well located across the street from the beach, in perfect condition, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. The heated pool area is amazing! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to FMB!
