We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Paradise! My husband and I visited with our three college-age children. We had an amazing time, and the accommodations were fantastic. Steps to the powdery white sandy beach with the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. The entire place was clean and very well stocked with everything from extra pillows to pickleball paddles. The large sturdy beach cart carried the provided beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs (all of which had straps to carry on your back!). The pool was good-sized and clean. We used it when we needed to be out of the hot sun as it was shaded and screened in. There are ample seats at a large patio table with fans overhead, where we spent hours eating, playing cards, laughing, etc. It's clear FMB is being rebuilt, with a good amount of construction, but not invasively so. There were no bars/restaurants that we found within walking distance but hopefully construction will address that over time. Stephan VERY responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. Location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood along a canal. Felt very safe. Located just a few minutes from Publix for any quick needs or groceries. The home had everything you would need to feel at home! Extra blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, coolers, toiletries, blow dryers, curlers, games... the list is endless! Bedrooms are beautiful. Lot of room to put your luggage, large closets and hangers if wanted. Everything was very neat and clean. The pool was lovely as well as the spa. You could notice the spa heating almost instantly when turning it on. The pool is kept at a great temperature and my kids had no hesitation getting in even on cooler mornings or evenings. We enjoyed watching a lizard and iguana friend we saw daily. Loved having the outdoor furniture to just hang outside. I have absolutely no complaints!!

10 of 10, Coral Breeze is beautiful inside and out. we loved our stay. The home is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The lanai and pool area are amazing, we loved every minute. It's your own mini resort! Diane was extremely helpful and kind helping us figure out the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and our beds were comfy. Thank you for making our Florida vacation so memorable!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Brads place was great! Two separate "Units" that had 2 King beds each. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook. Overall very satisfied with the home and pool. Very close to the beach and a short walk up to the resort portion of FMB.

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

The house was amazing!! So beautiful! Perfect spot to relax. Very clean and so nicely decorated! Bathrooms are amazing!! Came to the island to visit family, right down the street from the Winn-dixie. Had my 4yr old and my 9yr old nephew on the trip who enjoyed the pool so very much! Also a great playground just 5min down the road in the center. We had a thunderstorm that shut the power down on one side of the house, the neighbor came over and got it back and running, they were very responsive. There is a starter kit for your needs, however I would recommend being prepared to get back up toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan to stay for a week. There are also a few water tubes/water noodles so there are a few water toys. Was a wonderful time, appreciate the opportunity stay at such a nice place, thank you!!

We stayed here with our three kids (ages 9, 7, 4) and had an excellent experience. The house is spacious, very clean, and fully stocked with things like beach items and pool toys that made our stay more enjoyable and kept the kids entertained too. The house setup was perfect for our family. The large master shower was great for quickly cleaning off the kids too. The kids loved the pool. We had one issue during our stay and Lori's property manager team fixed it quickly. We hope to visit Cape Coral and stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at Elle’s house!!! The pool and the park was ideal for my kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was so peaceful but yet only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and wished we would have stayed longer. Ele was very friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and she came promptly to deal with it. The double beds were a little soft to our taste but other than that we had a great experience. Thank you Ele!

Sarah’s place is highly recommended as it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, you can’t beat that. She has beach chairs, canopy, and wagon. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool, floats, and outdoor furniture were very nice in windy days as the fence enclosed us in from the wind. it’s a 15 min walk to all the local shops and restaurants which is nice with the beach traffic we avoided driving for the most part. However, it was a 30 minute drive to the twins baseball field and pop stroke so we did make a day of that it as well. Sarah also has personal recommendation’s that she will email you upon arrival so take advantage of that! She is very responsive. I give Sarah and her place 5 stars hands down. Thank you for opening your place we had an amazing vacation and would defiantly visit again!!

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She even got balloons as a favor so they would be there at check in!! We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful as we got stuck in the Tampa airport overnight. While there are some homes destroyed from the hurricane and others being built, it did not subtract from the beauty of this newly remodeled and updated home. The pool isn't heated so it made for a chilly spring break (or refreshing depending on how you look at it) but Lisa is discussing this update with the owners.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

We packed the beach wagon with towels, chairs, and a cooler and walked to the beach everyday, which was a short 7 minute walk with direct beach access. We also walked to the restaurants at night.

Our stay at Serenity Gardens was absolutely perfect! The spacious house and property were beautiful! We spent most of every day outside on the lanai, by the pool - weather was warm and sunny/pool was lovely and refreshing! We were in paradise and didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere! We had several communications with Maggie, and she was very quick to reply - very much appreciated! The neighbors are very friendly and happy to share ideas about good restaurants and places to go. All-in-all, a five-star stay (hated to leave)! Thank you, Maggie and Family!

Don’t hesitate!!! Book it! Charlie and Leslie’s home is unbelievable! Such a short walk to the beautiful beach, with great views! It was spotless clean! Everything is new! Pool is perfect! They were amazing hosts who helped quickly with a few small concerns we had! Great amenities as well, with so many necessities included, like beach chairs, wagon, beach tent, sand toys and more!I! It is spacious, and the perfect size for my family of 6. Would definitely book again!

3 apartments rented together to accommodate our large group. Nice yard and pool. Only gripe is the 10am check out time which is earlier than any place I've rented. I requested an extension and was told it would be $100/hour. We spent $3000 for 2 nights. I felt that was a bit extreme but well within their right. The place was clean. The beaches within walking distance weren't great, and the nearby public beach was always packed with no parking. Hanging out in the house for BBQ and pool was great

My stay was awesome! I travelled in from Canada and Shana was very accommodating with our early flight in. My son enjoyed the pool and spent most his time in there which was why we booked this location. We felt at home and everything we needed was there even things to go to the beach like beach chairs etc. Loved our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.
