We had an absolutely wonderful 2-month stay at this beautiful house! The pool was pristine, nice and warm and provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The entire property was immaculately clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met and was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What’s the last minute thing but was well worth it and and the progress of it me and my fiancé discovered that family was from the same place. It’s funny how you meet people and how things come together for you. Thank you for the hospitality and the upgrade very much appreciated

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

We stayed here with 7 kids and 4 adults. The house was perfect for us especially with the pool and game room! Our family really enjoyed our stay and we made lots of memories. Kids loved swimming in the pool and there are plenty of activities to do in the game room. I was impressed with the smaller details thought out by the host. This was my first time renting a home for the week so I was a little nervous. If you’re thinking about this house I would highly recommend! Great communication and very nice! Next time I visit Cape Coral I will be checking to see if this house is available! Thank you for sharing your house with my family!

This house is a gem!! It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area. The house was very clean and stocked well for our needs. Lidiana answered my questions very quick and was always very pleasant. The pool is wonderful and we certainly enjoyed it a lot!!! The converted barn with games etc would be great for kids. We hope to stay there again. It was absolutely perfect for us 😊 Thank you so much. 😊

Great stay, perfect location for what we needed.

This place was great! Everything was clean and very well maintained. The canal view was amazing and it was fun to fish off the dock. (A kayak or 2 would make it even more fun) Perfect for an entire week stay. Lots of things to do within the area and even within an hour or so drive made for a great location. The area the home is in is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Pool and hot tub were perfect temp. Photos make pool look smaller than what it actually is, kids really enjoyed the frequent swims and duck visitors.

This was a great place to stay for our Fort Myers vacation! Peaceful and quiet after days of exploring. Rotary park is within walking distance and is a nice place to explore for a little bit as well.

My family and I had a great stay at Kamila's condo. It matched the online profile completely, had lots of helpful features, and was spotlessly clean. A few issues arose, but seemed to stem mainly from the condo being a recent addition to Airbnb, the owner still learning how guests interact with the property. Kamila was an excellent host who responded quickly to communications and took prompt action to resolve problems. Highly recommend!

Everything you need is there. Nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had rented a different unit, but when we arrived it was not available due to plumbing issues. Brandon had tried to reach out, but we were flying and were not able to talk to him right away. He had another unit about 1000 feet down the street ready for us at Off the Charts, so this review is really about Off the Charts Island Resort. It was a brand new, and a much larger unit. He brought us kayaks to use on the canal. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and worked great. The property owner/manager Brian was really nice. There were a lot of manatees in the canal and we could fish right out of our sliding door. I caught a mangrove snapper. It was quiet and peaceful and a very short walk to local restaurants. We had a great time.

The location was ideal for us since we had business in this area. The accommodations were great. Great stay for one or two people. Relaxing and nicely decorated. Although we did not take advantage of the pool, it was very inviting.

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. We loved our stay here!!! The house was perfect for my family of four. The boys loved the pool with basketball hoop! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s an easy 30-45 minute drive to Sanibel or Ft Meyers beach. Found an awesome small Mariana nearby with kayak and fishing pool rentals. Sometimes things don’t go as expected and you end up at MedCheck…we were in and out and had meds in hand within 2 hours! Also we loved Jeremiah’s ice cream which is near by!

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Florida. The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as advertised. The pool was absolutely heavenly—our kids couldn’t get enough of it! There were plenty of towels for us to use, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, plate, and utensil we could possibly need. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, yet we were only 10–15 minutes away from any store or place we needed to get to. Tom was a great host—very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful. Host was wonderful and very accommodating! We fished and swam most of the time, even went and saw the burrowing owls a few lots down. House was great and accommodated our 2 families.
