Cape Coral : locations de vacances avec suite privative

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

We had a great stay. Hazel was very helpful. We would stay again!

Wonderful time!! Cliff and Bob went out of their way to make me feel right at home. I would stay again in a hot minute.

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Charly's place was great! Stayed 5 days and felt really comfortable and safe. The amenities were perfect for the short trip. Within a short drive to local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants! The Lazy Flamingo and The Perfect Cup are great places to visit.

Ryan’s place had everything we needed and was clean. I asked a question about a local beach and he called right away with great recommendations and even provided beach chairs in town for us! If you like a firm memory foam mattress, this place is for you. Nice quiet subdivision, peaceful yard, and close to lots of things.

Ryan's place was an amazing stay while my wife and I were in town for a wedding! Check-in was quick and seamless. Close to downtown and great location for exploring. Loved being able to use the hot tub at night to cap the day. King size bed was amazing and able to get great sleep at night! The neighborhood was very peaceful and soothing. I'll definitely look to book Ryan's place again when spending the weekend in Fort Meyers!

I had a great stay at Ximena’s place. I was allowed an early check in which I really appreciated! The listing was well appointed and close to a lot of attractions so it was easy to get around. There was a slight issue with some of the lighting and Rogelio was very responsive and fixed it right away! Overall I would recommend this place as a great place to stay.

Wir waren leider nur relativ kurz zu Gast bei Sydney. Wir wären aber definitiv gerne länger geblieben. Man wohnt in einem abgetrennten Bereich vom Haupthaus. In diesem Bereiche findet man alles vor was man für einen kürzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es sind sogar die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien (kleiner Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. vorhanden). Alles war super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und ruhig. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat man jedoch viele Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Sydney war zu jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, sehr zu empfehlen!

this place was great for myself as a solo traveler. it would have been fine for 2 people as well. quiet, safe place. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I would absolutely stay here again! It had such a personal touch that you can’t get at hotels. The host is lovely and the place is so cozy. I can’t recommend enough!

This was a beautiful place to relax and relish in nature and wildlife! There’s a nature preserve across the street and a nature trail a few houses down which dead ends over a small body of water and a great spot to see the sunrise. Near the trail head there’s also a little lending library. We saw lots of wildlife right by the house including rabbits, osprey, eagles, cardinals and other birds including Eleanor the resident Great Egret. In the canal, we also saw dolphins and manatee! The pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was pristine and peaceful. Our studio was very stylish and had lots of space and storage for two. We took full advantage of the kitchen and grill and only ate out for two meals. The fridge was ample and held all of our groceries for the week. Captain Kal was THE BEST! She made us feel right at home and was attentive to any of our needs, which weren’t many as most everything was provided. We can’t wait to stay with her again and enjoy more of the island!

Great stay again with Vern. Great retreat for my wife and I and Vern’s hospitality is always welcome. Already looking forward to our next stay! Fun things we did during our stay include hiking through the six mile slough (it’s actually only 1.5 miles), Boston Red Sox spring training game, Toured Echo Global farms, and several trips to The Boathouse bar/restaurant…one of the coolest bars I’ve ever been to! Also enjoyed a boat trip with Vern, including being pulled on a tube.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, easy access. I will stay here again.

Valerie and Wayne guided us in from a few miles out.The bridge to Pine Island was closed one way and once clear no problem.Valerie had business to attend to away but was very accomadating at check-in and upon leaving.Wayne was surperb throughout.The property covers 5 acres.We covered Pine Island thoroughly and also the islands nearby,Cape Coral,and a Visit to Naples with relatives.We purchased some provisions at the .Publics Grocery a short distance from the 4 way stop on rt 78 going in.Had a good Pizza at that stop .We didn’t get to too many restaurants at Bokeelia.We did have an enjoyable dinner at the Flamingo.Valerie’s Place is very up scale and Mary And I appreciate the efforts it takes to keep it that way..We really enjoyed our visit.Thanks

This place is a gem! I have stayed at many airbnbs over the last few years and this one was by far the most relaxing, best location and offered the perfect experience for my 4 year old son and parents. Ron and Rita live in the house that they also rent out, but it never felt intrusive. We were able to rent out two individual rooms that are connected to a bathroom. The lanai (enclosed screened in porch) has a pool and a hot tub that my son never got out of. We saw manatees, dolphins, iguanas and plenty of little lizards. I highly recommend this experience for anyone who is attempting to get out of the upper Midwest winters. We plan on going back with the whole family in the coming years. Thanks guys!

Took a family girls’ trip over Spring break that was in a central area for the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean, mostly peaceful, accommodating and the hosts were so kind and friendly! Highly recommend!

Although I only stayed one night, Kal went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and trouble free. She was immediately responsive to all of my messages, informative and personable. The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The pool area was pure serenity, like their boat docked in the back yard. The only negative thing I can say is that I only had one night to enjoy this fabulous space. I’ll be back!
