Tracy was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful w any questions. She was very hospitable but not intrusive. Her place/neighborhood felt safe. As a female traveling alone that was very notable to me.

This home is stylish, spacious, and super clean! It was the perfect stop over on a long road trip with our family. Would highly recommend!

Great weekend trip to the Cape for a track meet at SEMO. Chip was a great host and the house was very lovely. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town for track.

Shu-Chuan was incredibly welcoming and had some recommendations on local restaurants. very responsive when texting on the Airbnb app and offered us little gifts like persimmons and a complementary razor when we forgot one. Five stars!

Another great stay. We have stayed here 3 times now and it is perfect for a couple. And it is pet friendly which is a plus. Close to the Mississippi River and there is a Casino across the way if you like to gamble. We do not gamble so I can’t give insight on the Casino. There is an easy access keypad to get into and out of the home. The bed is extremely comfortable. Washer and dryer is a nice feature. House is alway clean and kitchen has what you need for cooking.

The house is located on a quiet residential street with hardly any traffic but right in the heart of the city, which is easy access to the main business area. The Capaha City park is right down the street which is perfect for walks, exercise, or taking your kids to play. The interior layout is spacious, with upscale furnishings in the living and dining areas for comfortable gathering. I truly appreciate the sunroom and the inspirational scripture decor on the walls in each room. There is a fully equiped kitchen as well. The pantry and fridge contained complimentary bottle water, coffee, and popcorn for a warm welcome. I misplaced the door key, and had to contact the host who was readily available and immediately assisted us in avoiding any delays this could have caused. They were very considerate and expressed their involved hands on interest in assuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for their guests. Cape Charm is truly a home away from home with every convenience provided.

We LOVED our stay here. We rented two rooms (Phares & Davidson) for a long weekend. This home is absolutely beautiful! Alyssa has done a fantastic job of keeping the victorian-era feel but also having it feel fresh, updated, and comfortable. All of the common areas felt very inviting and usable. Our bedrooms felt cozy and relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable and all linens and towels were bright, fresh, and soft! Rooms had tvs, as well. Small things we appreciated were a coffee station and small fridge upstairs stocked with waters. Also, liked having labeled space in main fridge for some of our personal items. It has a very nice front porch and back deck, as well. This home is just 1-2 blocks from the Old Town Cape area with lots of shops, restaurants, and the riverfront. Our host, Alyssa, was very warm, inviting, and friendly. She was always available- but not intrusive, and always ready to give info about the house, Cape area, etc. We will DEFINITELY be back!
