Abbie's house was exactly what we needed for our family week-end trip! Plenty of room to spread out, and the kids and men enjoyed the pool table and other game tables. The home is decorated very eclectic. Lots to look at! We will definitely stay again if we're in town for another volleyball tournament.

My group and I had a great time during our stay. The property was just as it was shown in the pictures and even better. Plenty of room for the 10 guests I had. Between the games in the garage, using the outdoor kitchen, or hanging out by the fire there was plenty to do. I would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed our stay. The location was nice for our plans (some hiking at Little Grand Canyon and visiting Carbondale), beautiful view from the home, loved the hot tub (suspect pool would be awesome in summer too). Very clean, plenty of space for our group. Only change I would make is a bigger kitchen table. We will probably return!

Loved staying at this location. So close to restaurants and shops and outdoor adventures. Very quiet. Amazing views of stars. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Very responsive and helpful host!

This was a great place. We'd like to try it again in the warmer months. We stayed during a storm and the home was very relaxing.

We stayed here for my bachelorette and had the time of our lives! The pool, hot tub, fire pit and volleyball court were so much fun. The rooms are spotless and truly so luxe - the bedding and the mattresses are wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need and the design is so thoughtful. We had no notes and hope to return soon!

Our Family loves coming to the lake Dan! Its become our family tradition since 2020, and will remain to be our annual tradition as long you allow us :) we LOVE it out there, and always have a wonderful time! We had another great stay with Tom and Kelley at Mulberry Farms in Carbondale, IL. The big farm house is fantastic as are the grounds and scenery. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We spend every evening sitting around the campfire. The best part of our stay was the friendliness of our hosts. Tom and Kelley treated us like family, and made us feel very welcome. We have stayed there before, and we always look forward to seeing them. They are genuinely good people.

A group of us (7 people) came for an event that was happening nearby and we all really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. Michelle was flexible regarding an early check-in and responded in a timely manner with any inquiries we had. The Airbnb being next to the Honey Heist Mead Co was an added plus. We talked about accommodation for next year's event and we agreed to stay at this AirBnb again if it's available!

This is the third time we have stayed Monty is always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The home is very clean and fits our needs. We will certainly want to stay here when we visit the area.

Great weekend trip to the Cape for a track meet at SEMO. Chip was a great host and the house was very lovely. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town for track.

The house is located on a quiet residential street with hardly any traffic but right in the heart of the city, which is easy access to the main business area. The Capaha City park is right down the street which is perfect for walks, exercise, or taking your kids to play. The interior layout is spacious, with upscale furnishings in the living and dining areas for comfortable gathering. I truly appreciate the sunroom and the inspirational scripture decor on the walls in each room. There is a fully equiped kitchen as well. The pantry and fridge contained complimentary bottle water, coffee, and popcorn for a warm welcome. I misplaced the door key, and had to contact the host who was readily available and immediately assisted us in avoiding any delays this could have caused. They were very considerate and expressed their involved hands on interest in assuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for their guests. Cape Charm is truly a home away from home with every convenience provided.

Jessica's place is exactly as advertised. The house is clean and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I have stayed with Jessica many times and will continue to do so. Jessica's place is a must stay and ranked at top of my list.

We loved our relaxing stay here! The hot tub was by far the best part, the house was very clean, and Kim/Rebecca responded quickly with any questions we had. Plus the wineries are located close to this location which made for a fun day! Absolutely recommend this place!

Everything about this place was splendid!! Even in the winter! The place was VERY clean, well-kept, and just felt welcoming!! It was the perfect quiet get-a-way with gorgeous views! We would LOVE to check this lovely place out again in the spring, summer, or fall. Kevin was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Very charming! We would LOVE to visit again.
