Great price for being so close to the beach. Their home was beautiful and stocked with everything we could have wanted! I will definitely be booking again if I am ever back in the area.

This house was perfect for my boys and I to enjoy a few days at the coast. A few weeks before the trip we decided to bring home a puppy and Randy graciously let us bring him too! The house is so dog friendly even down to a little dog raincoat. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook with. The house is very clean. We felt right at home upon arrival. There is a very extensive dvd collection with some older gems for those rainy afternoons. There are two beach entrances that are very close, but they lead to Siletz bay not to the ocean. Loved the location as we ventured both south to Newport and north to Pacific City during our stay. We would definitely return to this home for our future coast adventures!

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful place, this was a perfect retreat for the weekend. The house is unique and architecturally interesting and the view of the ocean and surrounding woods from all three floors is stunning. Our friend group had a wonderful time and I expect we will be back!

Andre’s place was a perfect retreat! Lots of private outdoor space for relaxing and playing. I loved the French doors opening to the private yard. The indoor/outdoor layout was great! And it was quiet, only the sound of birdsong and waves. Everyone was relaxed and happy!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

The house was absolutely lovely! Clean and had everything we needed. The street traffic is a little noisy throughout the night and there isn’t an ocean view. But it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can still hear the waves from the house. The host is also fantastic! She made sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so private and the yard is so beautiful--it enhances the pretty house. Landscaping is gorgeous. The house is so comfortable and clean; and I love the ocean colors throughout. The furniture and house are so interesting, too; I like the floorpan a lot. Two bathrooms being offered is wonderful. One bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate. Lisa is very talented at making a place comfortable and pretty and she thinks of everything one might need. Thank you, Lisa!

Highly recommend staying at Sam's cottage for your next visit to Rockaway Beach. The cottage is exactly as described, in a great location, quiet and is very clean and up-to-date. Sam is a great host, attentive and communicative and provides clear instructions and recommendations. Be sure to check out the Big Cedar! We hope to be back again to stay at Sam's next time in Rockaway.

We had such a wonderful stay! We booked last minute and kindel very accommodating to us! It was the perfect space for us and our 3 little ones. They had so much fun in the large open backyard, and they also had games for them to play. Everything we needed was there, and it couldn't have been better. The bay is walkable from the house and manzanita is a 5 min drive with great beach access. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful Spring Break at Ying’s place. The deck and view are amazing, and the location cannot be beat. It’s steps to the beach and is also close enough to town to walk to restaurants and ice cream shops within a few minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed, the home was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s clear that Ying has thought of everything to make her guests feel right at home. I would highly recommend this rental!

We had a fantastic stay at Janel’s place! Loved being so close to the ocean. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Rockaway Beach.

We needed a last minute place to stay and were thankful that we found a place with a washer and dryer. Had a lovely stay!

My kids and I absolutely loved our stay! My youngest was super sad we weren’t staying longer, and I would agree-two nights wasn’t enough! The rain didn’t stop the fun and the view was always beautiful! The beach is a short walk and quite easy for me, my 5yr old, and my senior dog. The home was cozy, close to Lincoln city for shopping and food. Our stay was one to remember and would totally recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and incredible views with easy beach access. Pet friendly place, so a corner of the couch smelled a bit like dog, but otherwise immaculate. Doug is a wonderful host.

We LOVED Kelli's place and are already looking to book it again. Having bedrooms upstairs was great for those of us that like to sleep in, and how could you not on beds that cozy! These were seriously the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced with airbnb. The hot tub was wonderful, the location was ideal, and the spacious living room was great for playing games. The kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was no dish washer, but that didn't take away from our culinary experience! With the windows open the traffic was a little loud, but that's unavoidable and with all the other positive attributes it didn't dampen our vacation at all. We love Rockaway and this was a perfect house to enjoy all the little town has to offer. 10/10 would rent again.

Great location for shops and visiting beach. Perfect size for our group of 5 people.

Perfect house for a small family or two couples. The beach access was amazing and the views from the house are spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped and nice. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cold evening. The beds were a little firm but completely comfortable. I did find it difficult to sleep in the downstairs bedroom while others are walking around upstairs in the kitchen. The wood creeks a lot. Not really a complaint as I found it to be like sleeping below deck in a pirate ship. Fitting for the age and location of the home.

The home was perfect and has so much charm. It was the perfect home for our family and we loved learning about it's history. Robert and Nicole, and Leah were wonderful hosts. They're very welcoming and made sure my family was comfortable throughout our stay. There was just so much to do around the area and is a short drive to some great beaches like Hug Point, Short Sands beach, Canon Beach, and even Seaside. I recommend trying Big Shaun's Smash Burgers whether you're staying in Nehalem or driving through. It's in an unassuming location but the burgers are one of the best around. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage in Rockaway. It was small but OK for my family of 3 and our small dog. It was unfortunately super rainy so we didn't get to spend time in the quaint fenced in yard or walk around much. We walked down for lunch at the Old Oregon Smoke House and ran home in the hail and rain. The place was clean and mostly comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but I didn't envy my 14-year-old son sleeping on the wonky sleeper sofa. Not something to count on if whoever gets to sleep there isn't up for an uncomfortable sleep! The cottage was equipped with pretty much anything you might need to cook meals in, although bring your own charcoal, if you want to use the grill. A text sent with a request for paper goods that weren't stocked well in the house was responded to right away and taken care of fairly quickly. Overall, we had a nice time and would like to return, maybe on our own without our son next time, though.
