This was a lovely place to unwind, relax and take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. Very walkable to coffee and shopping areas. Right next to Boiler Point where you can watch the waves roll into the bay. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms clean with walk in shower and tub- take your choice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and have morning coffee while enjoying the view of the coast.

Matthew’s house exceeded our expectations. This house has been my favorite house I have stayed in on the coast, and I cannot wait to tell others and hopefully return in the future! The place is well taken care of, very clean, quiet, and perfect for both exploring and relaxing. It is obvious that Matthew takes pride in his residence and ensures his guests are taken care of and have all the necessary supplies for the stay. I highly recommend staying at this house!!

The house was great. Bed's were comfortable, common spaces were well furnished and homy and the kitchen had the items we needed. The neighborhood has a really nice playground across the street for kiddos and the walk to the beach is short. Only two minor negatives. The home was very cold when we arrived and we didn't immediately realize each room had its own independent heat and thermostat. Once you figure it out, you can make everything comfortable, but it took a day to do so. The other item is that the hot tub is in kind of a weird spot that is not super private. Not a major problem, just something to note.

This is our second time staying at Miel’s place in the last two months. It is quickly becoming one of our favorite weekend/mid-week getaway spots. Miel is a wonderful host and very communicative. The home is spotless and the check-in/check-out process is seamless. The community is a little hidden slice of heaven that you’d never know of unless you are from the area or happen to rent a place in the community. Overall this is a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

We had a great time at Tim’s place! It’s a quick walk to the beach and in a beautifully charming neighborhood. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and I can be pretty picky about this when traveling. Tim could not have been a better host! His communications are timely, clear, helpful and kind. And then there’s the hot tub! What a treat!

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

This is a great place for a getaway. Among my favorite features are the expansive views of the coast from the first floor living room, the game room, the kitchen, and the theater room. It’s cozy. Brigid was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We’ll be back.

This little house has everything you need and is very well stocked and clean. This is the 3rd time my friends and I have stayed here! Trent is super quick to respond to questions. The location is close to everything! I highly recommend this awesome beach house!

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

Shhh…best everyone doesn’t know about this great, fun location, and laid back town. Dennis’s place was clean and located by so many accessible beaches and misty walks in the woods. Would love to come back and explore more.

We had a great stay at Neal and Sue’s place! We loved the way it was decorated, and it is a great spot for kids. Very clean, easy check-in, and great local recommendations. I thought this was an excellent value for the price.

We had an excellent and exciting week. The Oregon Coast definitely delivered winter weather. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring the area on the better weather days and had everything we needed at the cottage for a good time for those other days. Really appreciate the communication, comfort and the amenities.

Deb was an amazing host! Let me check in last minute and made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our time there.

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

Great spot for family holiday, short stroll to town and beach but quiet and private. Nice and clean on arrival, well laid-out with large bedroom suite on second floor and two bedrooms (queen and twin) on first. Large kitchen, a bit dated but well-equipped. Loads of games and puzzles kept everyone busy!

Great location! Walking distance to Short Beach. Quiet area so you can relax and the view is amazing! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place with easy walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur family. The dog enjoyed the beach even more than the humans. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, host very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit here often.

We loved our stay. The reviews were right…make sure to bring provisions. There is a little store but it’s only got a few things. The walk to the beach is short. We were happy about that. My little family had the best time. It was the right size and had everything we needed. We liked the heaters. We’ve stayed at beach homes before that didn’t have good heat and we were cold during winter visits. My children have already asked when we could go back.

This house is absolutely lovely. The hot tub was hot and it works well. There's ample cooking/eating wear. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. The dog areas is great with the exception of the little ones can slip right under the fence. It not a large area but its perfect for getting them out. I really enjoyed my stay at this house.
