Had a great overnight stay for my daughter's 21st birthday! Place was perfect. Wished we had more time, hated to leave. We all were very comfortable, and commented how much we liked the place and how tastefully decorated it was. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend that you do too....you won't be disappointed! See you next time.

Great place for our family with a baby and small child, so easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk and the host was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Going to Serene Garden Cottage or "Mary's Place" is my happy place. Mary is an awesome host and I can feel my stress disappear when I walk in the front door. Everything about it is perfect and I always book the next visit before leaving...

Spent my birthday weekend here with some friends! The highlight of the house is definitely the 8 person hot tub especially this time of year when it’s too cold to get in the ocean! We had a great time staying here. Tricia and Lee were so responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here and checking out their other properties!

This was such a cute and spacious place to stay at. My boyfriend and I came for the weekend, and the place had everything we needed. Steve was very informative with how to access the home. I’d definitely stay again, and highly recommend!

This place was absolutely prefect for a solo beach getaway. Check-in was easy and Rick left clear instructions, both in the App and his Welcome message for finding the correct entry door and getting inside with ease. The space was beautiful and cozy; super beach-y without being over the top. The space was airy and bright; I spent every morning (before the rain…!) out on the balcony, drinking my tea & reading. The kitchen was great for cooking and had most every cooking utensil I would need. The fridge was full-size with plenty of space for groceries. The bedroom was spacious and cozy, making it easy to unwind and feel right at home. The living room space was also large and I spend the rainiest of days reading & napping on the couch. Street parking was found right outside of the house which made it easy to park & leave my car unused for the week :) The beach was super quick to get to; I went every morning for sunrise & an early AM beach walk!

Great stay! Clean, comfortable one bedroom unit. Perfect for a 2 night stay with our family of 5. Balcony great bonus space. Great location, 2 minute drive from Parkway, Acme, zoo and local restaurants. Easy 5 minute drive to Stone Harbor. Pamela was extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommend for an affordable option in the Stone Harbor area!!

I loved staying here. Dana is so nice she made me feel very welcome I would definitely book here again. The place is very nice too and close to the beaches. The shower water gets nice and hot and the tvs are Roku and have YouTube. I brought my 4 month old and she let us a borrow a pack and play. She also gave us snacks too. Sitting on the porch and watching the sunrise and sunset is a great time.

My second time staying at Charming Place, once again I felt well equipped and taken care of. Highly recommend.

Thomas was really great to work with, on a long weekend when there were almost no places available he drove a couple of hours to get the place ready for us when cleaners were not available because of the long weekend. I met him a few times during our stay and he was very approachable and helped us with recommendations around town.

The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious for my family. Having two bathrooms was a plus, living room and dining were both great for family time. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes was nice too. Even though we were on top of a restaurant you didn't even notice. Sunday breakfast across the street at VFW was good too. Plenty of street parking. Quick drive to the beach and boardwalk. Thanks.

A charming private space away from the congestion of downtown Cape May. Very comfortable and clean with thoughtful amenities. Loved the backyard space as well which was a bonus living room. Close to Harpoons- a great restaurant for watching the sunset over the bay. Ria is a friendly, responsive host who has created a comfortable getaway in this seaside town.
