In short, book it! Immaculate place, very well accommodated and decorated beautifully. Beds and bedding were very comfortable in both rooms. Master bathtub is huge! Patio is spacious enough to enjoy and you can see the beach though it is perpendicular to the shoreline there is a line of site. Railing is safe for children as is the building and walk paths etc. Very quiet and relaxing. If you want quiet and beautiful uncrowded beaches this is the place. Very convenient crosswalk and bridge to the beach, it truly will take longer to get down the stairs than to walk to the beach. Mexico beach is rebuilding and prides itself on being non-commercialized. Lovely quiet community as it continues to rebuild. There is a beach reclamation project going on (making the beach bigger and forming sand sea walls (dunes) on but it is not disturbing at at all. Lastly, our hosts were fabulous and my girlfriend, son and I will be booking with them again! -Nic

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

Stayed in Condo 402, was absolutely perfect for us and a our friends! First time staying in Mexico Beach, so peaceful, not a tourist destination.

We had a great time here! We loved that we were right by the pool but it was still quiet! The location is great. It’s close Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas or PCB if you need more touristy things to do one of the days (we did a really fun pirate cruise in PCB). Just be aware that if you have young children that you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach and unfortunately not everyone slowed down or acknowledged the crosswalk flashing lights. There is also construction directly across the street to walk around too but I know they are rebuilding so that didn’t bother us at all. We never heard any noise from it either. There is definitely plenty of room and we felt safe staying here! We brought a lot of beach stuff with us but it was nice to have an extra umbrella. There are also plenty of beach towels and chairs and floats! It had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with which we did most days we were there. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We had a great time at this listing! The home is comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, too. The home was clean and cutely decorated. It was easy to get to and from the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the view of the ocean from there was nice as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We have stayed at the same location several times now. We always enjoy our stay! We send most of our time on the water, but when off the water these accommodations are great for our friends and family! Fun, sun, salt, sailing and football, all make for a great holiday weekend. We’ll continue booking Marina View again and again!

Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

I am very thankful we returned to CSB and stayed in a well kept environment. We booked this property last minute after our original location felt unsafe. Frankly this property and beach saved our vacation and allowed my children and myself to have much needed quality time. Thank you! truly. We hope to be back again soon! With gratitude, Melissa

This place was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to downtown in 5 minutes or less. A grocery store right across the street was nice also. Centrally located for all of the sights that we wanted to see. It is in a commercial area and not in a neighborhood. There was a live band playing at a place across the parking lot on both Friday and Saturday nights for a few hours and we were able to sit in the balcony and listen. It was a little loud so if you are one that goes to bed early this may bother you. It is in the upstairs part of a building that had a hair salon and a nail salon. It was a little awkward to walk in when customers were in there but that may just be me. There is a water view but it is definitely not a beachfront property. The space is very nice and looks very updated. Bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m don’t know what to say about this place that hasn’t been said, it was amazing! Plenty of room for both our families and awesome views of the ocean. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jump. The ocean was beautiful and the access was easy. Not super busy, almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There are many great restaurants and you are right next to a state park with great biking. We had one minor issue and the hosts were right on top of it. I could go on and on, book this place if you are in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very impressed with how clean and tidy the unit was. I can tell they put a lot of thought into the smaller things that u may have forgotten. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, olive oil, and coffee. They even had a purifying water pitcher which was nice, we always bring our own. The location is great, we have stayed at other units in this building and just love it. Our two pups had a great time and we would absolutely stay here again. Raeanna was very quick to respond to us as well for any questions! We had dinner at The View in Windmark one evening and it was great for upscale dining. The patio upstairs and downstairs are both dog friendly! The Windmark area is beautiful and close for coffee, ice cream, and pizza.

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Great location. Right across the street from the beach. The condo is clean with enough room for our family of six. Will certainly book here again in the future.

This place is amazing! First, the location is wonderful. Right across the street from a peaceful, beautiful beach. Easy access. The view from the balcony is unhindered and gorgeous. The place itself was clean and filled with all sorts of goodies like coffee and creamer, toiletries, extra towels (beach towels too), and so many other things. Hayley was easy to contact and quick with responses. We had a lovely time and hope to return.

We had an awesome stay! We ran into a little problem at first, but the host Ashley was a blessing to us! She got the problem solved and got us tooking care of and it didn't take but a few minutes. She was very helpful and understanding with us. Ashley responded quick and she was very professional. We really enjoyed ourselves for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! Mexico Beach Florida will be our new place to go on our family vacation. Thanks so much Ashley!

The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication from the host prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. Everyone we met in this condo building were very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway, especially with a boat.
