Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

Not only was the home beautiful, Kate was such a great host!! She was always so quick to respond and had lots of great recommendations for good spots in Port St Joe. The home was well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was a huge hit and beach access was a very short walk. We will definitely be booking with Kate again in the future!

Great for families that are looking for a quiet and calm location. The host really goes above and beyond by suppling all that you would need for the beach, pets, and kids! My kids enjoyed the games. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Beach is pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

The location of this Airbnb was perfect. It had such a big yard and was steps to the ocean. Rachel, the host was amazing and thought of everything. She gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with and always answered right away. We were very impressed with the property and plan to go back. Highly recommend!! We didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10 experience!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

This was a nice home. We especially found the elevator handy for my disabled husband. There was plenty of seating for all of us. Beach chairs and toys came in handy as well.

This place is so peaceful. Such a great gem. We all talked about coming back already. Such amazing place and lots to do and go see. You also can just spend the day at the beach.

First time staying in this part of Florida. Our family loved it! The house was great and the community it is in was a beautiful area with private beaches and pool. Charles was an excellent host! We will definitely go back.

We had 3 adults & 3 teens staying at the Tipsy Turtle. There was plenty of space for the whole group. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area & the Adirondack chairs, although we didn't use the fire table. An easy walk to the beach, and having all of the extras made our experience so much better. Pool towels, wagon to bring our fishing gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Walk to the pool or beach were both easy. It was just a short 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, stores, etc. in Port St. Joe. We felt so far away staying at the home and it was so peaceful, but then having really just a quick jaunt to town. We enjoyed The Mill Mercantile for some drinks which was much closer, within the same subdivision/community as we were staying. Having 3 refrigerators, two laundry facilities, and two complete kitchens were wonderful. We did a lot of cooking at the house. We also hired a fishing charter for 3 days, we were able to go for 4 hours each day, and the marina they used was right in PSJ.

Stayed in Condo 402, was absolutely perfect for us and a our friends! First time staying in Mexico Beach, so peaceful, not a tourist destination.

We loved the home and location. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond when we messed up the process of the elevator causing it to stop working. She worked with us patiently and had someone out to take care of it. The elevator ended up being super helpful with the living room/kitchen/dining being on the top floor. It was really helpful to have a beach wagon already there with some beach toys and other items to save us from renting or buying those items. Even though it was a busy weekend we had plenty of room on the beach since this development is near the end of the developed area. It's worth the extra little drive to the end. The markets are still close and we barely got back in the car after arriving anyways. Great property. Great host. It's worth booking here.

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

Loved Allison's place, the decor, furnishings, and all that goes with it, very nice. Everything was as described and in working order. The place was very clean and provided a lot of little things some places don't, like hand soap, coffee filters, spices, foil, detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, just to name a few. She even had some popcorn for us. The only thing we had to buy was garage bags. The bath towels were fresh and clean and the bathrooms were spotless. She is a very thoughtful host. The only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat is set by the host, and I totally get why, but it was very hot the week we stayed and would liked to have bumped it down a notch or two. It got hot upstairs a few times but the ceiling fan helped some. We are just used to having it really cool in our own home and it was warmer than we are used to. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again!

This is a great spot! Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. The area is quiet, peaceful, and calm. Easy access to the Gulf. The beach is clean and not too crowded. Definitely planning our return trip soon! Matt is a great host! The house is clean with great amenities, and the porch has a view of the ocean. It makes for a great place to relax.

We have stayed at this home now twice and love it even more than the first time. Indian Pass is the perfect low key relaxed environment that we needed! This home sits among vegitation which feels private and lush. The views are breathtaking from the home! We love the updated space with comfortable beds and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has everything you need! Next time we’ll try out the firepit under the stars! We love this home and look forward to our next visit! Thanks for a much needed relaxing stay!

Beautiful beach house. We had a great time. It was wonderfully furnished with everything you need and the absolute best view EVER!! We will definitely be back!!

Nice place right on the beach. Perfect size for 6 of us. I imagine it would be a little tight with 10 unless there were a lot of children. Beds were comfy and you can’t beat the view especially from the master bedroom and living room. Kitchen is probably the most well-equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in and only needed a few things to cook our Thanksgiving dinner that were not provided. (Don’t bring salt and pepper - there is more than you could ever need LOL).

We had a wonderful stay here! The vacation home was well stocked with good old fashioned analog fun. Adult coloring books and pens, puzzles, novels, dvds, beach gear, and more. The decor was delightful and beachy, but not overdone. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a first aide kit with a cold pack which came in handy for a mild jellyfish sting. The soaking tub is a bath lovers dream! The view is beautiful from the front porch and getting to the beach was a breeze. 10/10
