We had an unforgettable weekend stay at this remarkable Airbnb nestled amidst the mountains. The serene natural surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. One of the highlights was unwinding in the hot tub under the stars, a truly magical experience. We also enjoyed using the pizza oven, which added a fun and delicious touch to our evenings. The tranquility of the location, combined with the beauty of nature, made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this mountain retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with top-notch amenities and outstanding hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Skillies. The hot tub is an absolute highlight. The house has a beautiful view overlooking apple orchards. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of nature and peace. Nadene, Japie and Adri were very warm and helpful hosts. We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

Lovely location right by the beach with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and very clean, had all the basics and is surrounded by other residence but still very secluded which we loved. Nolene was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

Our weekend in Kalk Bay staying at this beautiful and unique pad was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed in by a huge pod of thousands of dolphins in False Bay which was incredible. We were absolutely thrilled upon arrival to find a gorgeous home - stone, glass and wood with lots of local features and character. We loved spending hours on the deck soaking up the views and Kalk Bay vibe. It is in the perfect location in Kalk Bay - high enough to have amazing views of the mountain, harbour and ocean, and low enough to have easy access via stone steps to the wonderful shops, restaurants and bakeries in the village. We loved our walks along the seaside and our swims in the refreshing tidal pools, all within easy walk of this cottage. The hospitality from Greg, and Jane, was so warm and welcoming with lots of special touches to help us enjoy our weekend. This is a 10/10 experience and a stay that I highly recommend. This is going to become one of my favourite getaways!

An amazing weekend spent at this location, peaceful and private location with a beautiful cabin and lovely decor. The only issue was isolated to locating the cabin, especially when relying on public transport like Uber. We and Uber struggled to locate the cabins location.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is very cosy with great views of the sea, a perfect base to relax and unwind. It’s a short walk/drive to the beach as well as a lovely coffee shop & deli. The cottage is also ideally situated for day trips to explore the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous home!! Amazing views, private, and relaxing. You can easily have wine on the deck and watch the sunset.

Carol was a very gracious host always making sure we were ok and if we needed anything just to let her know .She was open and forth coming .Her place is a little paradise up against the mountain, and very family friendly as there were animals and a pool with pool table and fuse ball for the kids .The chill area is very inviting with lots of seating ,a braai area close to the pool ,with 3 fire places scattered and lots of pretty lighting. The cabin was very comfortable and had all and more than was needed for self catering . She is a thoughtful host and very creative with her decor. I would definitely recommend staying at her place.

Vanessa und Harold sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Immer freundlich. hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ. Es war ein Genuss bei Ihnen zu sein. Einen sehr großen Dank auch an Vanessas Kinder Rubin und Mila, die sich auch großartig um uns gekümmert haben. Wir sind bestimmt nochmal dort. Einfach Klasse.

Thank you Caroline we loved staying in your beautiful home. It is peaceful and decorated with love and care making it a comfortable, homely and relaxing place to spend time away. The area is peaceful and beautiful, close to the beach and lovely for neighbourhood walks. It is close to the Noordhoek Farm Village which has lots of good restaurants, a great deli and ice cream shop. Lovely for a weekend away or longer.

Absolutely amazing. Stunning place, stunning views, I’ve stayed on the farm twice now and it’s so so amazing. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than other places but it’s so worth it. Stay in any of the units, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Kirsty. 🤩

Wir waren zu zweit, leider nur für eine Nacht hier aber es hat uns sofort sehr gut gefallen. Thera spricht perfekt Deutsch und hat uns ihr kleines tiny Haus persönlich vorgestellt. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den schönen Garten. Ein großer Gasgrill war ebenfalls auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf alle Fälle bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt hier wieder übernachten werden. Vielen Dank, Thera und bis baldeinmal.

Beautiful stay! We reached it with our car but would recommend a high clearance vehicle for peace of mind. Absolutely worth it. Breathtaking views and solitude.

It’s a great place, equipped with basic but essential appliances and very clean. Denise was friendly and proactive with communication. The beach is a few minutes away by car - with quite a number of restaurants to explore😊.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The view is unreal and the area is so sweet. Honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Fab hosts too!

We really enjoyed our stay with David and Bonnie. The cabin is a true log cabin. We don’t see this often in South Africa. Everything was lovely. So peaceful and comfortable. They have a lovely dog, Chicco. He was very welcoming. The garden is beautiful. Such a lovely place. David gave us insights on where to go and things to do. Thank you, David and Bonnie, for a great stay.
