Great stay with toddler for 3 nights. Beautiful scenery, ideally located a short drive from Hout bay, constantia, and camps bay. Helpfully a supermarket 2 mins away. Very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend!

What a beautiful farm/winery to stay at for a night! The mountain views are incredible, and the staff at the guest house were all very friendly. The room was clean, and the surroundings were spectacular. Jo was a friendly host and responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here!

We stayed at Mieke’s Cottage for two months with our family, including our two young children (ages 2 and 3), and it was absolutely amazing—we felt at home from day one. A huge thank you to Lozanne, who was always there for us and helped with everything we needed. The house itself has everything you could ask for. It looks exactly like the photos and is the perfect place for a family. The absolute highlight for our kids was the large garden, where they could run around all day. They especially loved the jungle gym, swimming pool, and, of course, all the animals. This truly made our holiday special. The location was perfect—quiet and safe—yet within half an hour, you can reach most of Cape Town and the Winelands. This has been the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in as a family, and I’m sure we’ll be back one day!

Beautiful, serene and peaceful. The cottages feel remote on the river and in the valley, but is 5 min away from the town.

Me and a group of 5 friends had a lovely time at Lynne's place. She was very accommodating to our needs and we had a really nice stay overall.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Michelles & Johns Ferienhaus! Es ist super eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist in einer sicheren Gegend, und die Aussicht sowie der Garten sind einfach traumhaft. Besonders für Familien ist an alles gedacht – unsere Tochter hatte riesigen Spaß im Pool, auf dem Trampolin und im Baumhaus. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, vor allem für Familien. Ein Highlight war das Clay Café, das nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann wiederkommen können. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

Poenie's place is a delicious place in the middle of a dreamy location. We've spent 3 nights in her guest house. There is a double bed with nice bedding, a kitchen with a microwave and all the utensils needed. The bathroom shower was also great.There's a gorgeous swimming pool right in front of the house, that is shared with other guests. The view is spetacular, it was great to play domino while the cows were comunicating with each other under the moonlight. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to visit the Middelvlei Wine Estate because we had planned on having lunch on Monday and we didn't check before to make sure it would be open, it wasn't. Oh, and It was the most beautiful place to walk, the lakes, the birds, the animals, the vegetation, the grape vines, everything made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed at Tim’s farm during our trip to Cape Town to spend time near where my father grew up. It was absolutely fantastic. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked. My kids had so much fun exploring the property. There was so much to do for them: the playground, playing in the River, fishing, running around just being kids. It is so peaceful and tranquil there too. We enjoyed it was short drive to Franschhoek and nearby wineries. Tim was so lovely and responsive. I cannot say enough great things about staying here. We will keep La Ferme on our list of places to stay when in the area. Thank you for everything Tim!

The place was beautiful, the surroundings were stunning (pictures don’t do it enough justice). We really enjoyed staying here, and Chanél was the perfect host: she informed us about everything upfront and checked in with us once we arrived in case we needed anything. The place is close to some vineyards which we enjoyed visiting. We would really recommend staying here! 😊

This space is luxury and unique! An absolute must for animal lovers - to be able to sleep above a stable and look out over the paddocks is so heart warming Highly recommended for a comfortable and romantic stay in the beautiful wine lands Thank you I will be back

We were traveling with two young kids - the cottage was perfect, we had lots of space and privacy, horses and pigs provided endless entertainment, and lots of fun kids books and puzzles. Good proximity to beach, common, farm village and more. Host was very proactive and responsive.

Ons verblijf bij Graham is goed verlopen. De twee huisjes waren proper en heel mooi ingericht, ook een ontzettend mooie en rustige ligging. Enige minpuntjes waren de druk van de douches die soms minder was en de kikkers die 's nachts een brulconcert hielden, breng zeker oordopjes mee. :) Voor de rest kunnen wij ons verblijf bij Graham echt aanbevelen!

Das Cottage ist wunderschön gelegen, man ist sehr privat und dennoch schnell in der Stadt und bei diversen Weingütern. Der Garten, der Pool und die Outdoor Badewanne sind ein Traum. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, es gibt auch ein Babybett, Hochstuhl und Kindergeschirr. Wenn man zu mehrt reist und das Ausziehsofa im Wohn- Essbereich nutzt, gibt es dort keine Verdunklungs Möglichkeiten. Hermien ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

a fantastic little place that had everything we needed for our weekend away. Very efficient hottub and 2 lovely dogs that visited us in the evening which always makes a stay better by my standards 😉

Wij hadden een super verblijf bij Deborah! Een oase van rust met een fantastisch uitzicht! Een super fijne host en een prachtig huis op een rustige locatie! ☺️

What a memorable time we had! The views are magnificent and made our long walks worthwhile.The beds were so comfy! We really enjoyed family time around the fireplace during the evenings. The kids had fun cooling off at the private pool during the day!... but the cherry on top was most definitely those breakfast baskets!

A fabulous property superbly kitted out. Super comfortable and a delight to stay in. Great local restaurants and every amenity possible in the house for nights in. We had a simply fantastic week.

Beautiful home in an amazing location. Felt right at home - house is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street to feel very private but all within walking distance of anything you need. Jan was a great host and so was Eric who looked after us very well. Will def be back for future trips.

Great stay. Liked the location, Braai and kitchen the most. Pool with lights on at night looked great. Place had great security with alarm, gates, fence etc made us feel secure at night.

We had a two-night stay, and lunch for my son's 21st birthday on the Saturday. Ruan (recommended by Cora) provided a wonderful catered lunch, and we had pizzas from the pizza oven in the evening. The main house sleeps 9 and the barn 6, so we could send the kids to the barn for late night chats while the grownups called it a night. All in all, it made for a wonderful celebration.

Great host, great communication and lovely place to stay. Will visit again.
