The most gorgeous little spot!! The place looked exactly like the pictures, safe and secure parking, easiest check in process thanks to the detailed instructions with pictures, Caryn and Gershon were so reliable in terms of response time and the attention to detail with all the decorations made it feel so homely! The views arent done justice by the pictures, it is absolutely breath taking, you can watch the sunset from the balcony or walk to the beach in less than a minute and watch the surfers! Would absolutely stay there again!

Our 2nd stay at The Jade & we've had great time again - felt like home for 7 weeks! In a great location, it's a peaceful & secure spot with friendly residents & now right next door to a small mall with a very good supermarket, shops & places to eat. Always very easy to communicate with, Garth & Dawn are super hosts, checking in with you regularly to ensure your stay is both memorable & runs like clockwork! Definately recommend 👍🏻

My brother and I had a very relaxing time at the beach house. The ladies that were managing the house were amazing and communicated regularly. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all for everything.

We couldn't have asked for a better place nor a warmer welcome to Cape Town! This cottage is amazing! Every little nook and corner has been thoroughly been treated with such care that it just stands out as a cozy home-away-from-home. The WiFi is great, the kitchen is fully equipped and the neighborhood is very pleasant and safe! We were really glad we chose this cottage, but we are even more glad that the cottage chose us. For you see, the greatest standout feature of this place, and what makes it truly unique and so charming are its owners, Annamarie and Andries. I can't for the life of me remember ever meeting a more friendly and interesting couple of hosts like this one. Because of them, our stay here has truly shined and our memories will be filled with the best of feelings and the greatest nostalgia. We love it all! Five stars doesn't even come close… there aren't enough stars in the night sky that could be bestowed upon these two!

Had a fantastic stay at Le Roux and Neuza's! This cozy setting have everything one might need, very kind and generous hosts. :-)Thank you for the fire wood and extra blankets, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. higly rated.

Cherry hat uns den Check in flexibel u kurzfristig perfekt möglich gemacht. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür. Das hat’s und unser Zimmer waren top gepflegt und zum Strand geht man wenige Minuten. Alles im Haus ist toll im Afrika Style eingerichtet .und sehr sauber . Einen halben Punkt Abzug für die Küche , Schubladen defekt und die Einbauküche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt – nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand, sodass wir jeden Tag direkt ins Meer springen oder lange Spaziergänge am Wasser genießen konnten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt! Ein echtes Highlight war die Außendusche, die nach einem Strandtag für die perfekte Erfrischung sorgte. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber – immer erreichbar, herzlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Yasmin was super responsive throughout our stay and was also at the property to welcome us on arrival including homely touches like rusks and fruit when we got there. The property is ideally situated just 1 minute walk from strand beach and has safe and secure parking available. The house was super clean and had excellent supply of towels, extra linens, an iron etc. As is common in South Africa we also experienced some load shedding during our stay and Yasmin was always super friendly to communicate what times electricity would be down! We stayed 2 weeks at the property and cannot wait to come back next year. If you are looking for a safe property close to the beach, Cape Town, Stellenbosh and all the major sights this is ideal!

Die Unterkunft von Spencer und Ame ist wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch. Neben den gewöhnlichen Haushalts- und Küchenutensilien gibt es zu dem einen Barbecue Grill und einen Steinofen, den man auch für schöne gemeinsame Abende nutzen kann. Der Pool in Kombination mit dem Ausblick 10/10. Auch das Intro von Spencer war super. Durch ihn wussten wir wohin wir gehen können und seine Empfehlungen blieben zutreffend. Unterkunft: stylisch, modern und bestens ausgestattet Gastgeber: super freundlich und kommunikativ P.S. selbst als wir unser babyphone Display vergessen haben, haben ame und Spencer uns einen Uber Fahrer vorbei geschickt, der nochmal eine Stunde auf sich nahm, damit wir wieder die Station auch wieder nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für diesen Einsatz. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Very convenient spot for Strand. Safe parking and an area to store surfboards etc greatly appreciated. Amazing view- on a windy watching the kite surfers is incredible.

But what really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Die Unterkunft ist schön und er Ausblick auf die Berge und See wirklich toll. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man wirklich abschalten kann. Susanne ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Beautiful views, everything we needed, felt so at home. Super spacious so we didn’t feel like we were in each other’s space even when we were 6 in the apartment. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds were super comfy. Had a few issues around the place which were resolved in good time. Friendly caretakers who assisted with whatever we needed. Owners were available when needed. We would return over and over again.

Amanda's place is absolutely stunning. Cornell was most helpful in accommodating our request for an early check in, at her convenience. The communication is good. The only thing that caught me off guard was the damage deposit that we were notified about and requested to pay in two days before our arrival.

Second stay at this lovely airconditioned unit. Love the undercover convenient parking protecting you from windy days. Debi is a fantastic host making you feel right at home providing luxurious unit with fluffy white towels and comfortable bed with a beautiful view to top it all. Good wifi. Did not expect to find beach towels as well. Everything you need included for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Nazmie’s place. It was very clean, easily accessible, and an actual 3 min or less walk to the beach and had a great surrounding area. Nazmie was also very responsive and helpful.

Great location - waking distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Great value for money with a lovely host. Perfect for families!

Lost my heart at Chantel's apartment. Modern, clean and loved being in the midst of Strand hearing the waves but on the second floor so the 'city noise' was shut out. The wind howls through the apartment and whistles through the windows that are not tightly sealed as well as the bathroom door when the bathroom window is open. An absolutely stunning, stunning apartment! Thank you for hosting my family, we had a blast!

Jessica was very easy to communicate with. Her home is beyond beautiful and we felt right at home. It's also very safe and in a great area.

Our stay was without a doubt a home-away-from-home. It was really so personal and lovely. The cottage was well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a lovely holiday as well a a long stay and more. The cottage literally came as advertised and is as beautiful as the pictures make out. Salome was a wonderful host, catering for our every need and made every effort for our stay to be a worthwhile and lovely experience. The location of the cottage is really accessible to all sorts of amenities, restaurants, beach and more. There is no doubt I would recommend this cottage for a lovely holiday.
