Oggy’s Place is delightful - scrupulously clean, comfortably old school, and full of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Gorgeous front and back gardens with so many seating options. Elizabeth was was very friendly and responsive in all communications. The street was so quiet, you could hear the surf at night.

Lucy’s place was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Me and my friends enjoyed it a lot. Would stay again if given the chance!

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Our family of mixed ages like the "vibe" of this older house. The layout of rooms worked for us and the front yard was a very pleasant play area for children. We wondered about only one bathroom and one separate toilet but somehow it worked. Mosquitoes can be an issue. The main bedroom was spacious. The key thing was the location across the road from the beach and on a relatively quiet and treed street.

Rebecca’s house was a great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful private gardens with the option of 2 decks on which to relax and dine depending on the weather. Rebecca was a great host. Very prompt, clear and helpful with her communication. Lots of wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Her place is very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

We, a family of 10, stayed at Alfred's place for 2N/3D, and had a positive experience overall. Alfred was super-quick in his communications and responses to our queries, the house was clean and well-maintained and matched to the pictures posted. The internet speed was excellent, but we had to reach out to the host to get the right password, as the one listed wasn't working. Also, If you plan to cook, just ensure that you carry some cooking oil with you, as it wasn't provided (though was listed in the amenities). Even though we stayed during the holiday period, I must say, the price is a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place for a large family gathering to have a great time.

Great place for a little getaway, cosy, tidy and very comfortable. Ashlea was always quick to respond to questions and sent us to all the right places for delicious food. She also took us through a yoga class ( a first for me) and had such a great time. The sauna and cold plunge were a real treat also. Would reccomend to anybody looking for a relaxing get away

What a beautiful place, we couldnt recommend a better place to stay. Everything you needed for a perfect getaway. Place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and kid friendly. The pool was amazing. We will be booking this place again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Frida! As mentioned in the listing, there are quite a few steps to navigate, but the breathtaking view makes it all worthwhile. Em has thoughtfully provided every detail and amenity, and the décor is delightfully quirky. If you’re not planning to spend all day soaking in the stunning scenery (the outdoor bath is a particularly magical spot), a car is essential for exploring. The studio serves as the perfect home base for discovering the many gems of the Mornington Peninsula, and Em’s guidebook is packed with fantastic recommendations. We’ll definitely be recommending Casa Frida to all our friends and family!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We came in with our children and my mother, from the drive to Inverloch to check in and or stay at the house was a very pleasant experience, loved the house, very good setup. Thank you :):)

Great communication and location is neat. The kids loved the pool and we will be returning as we had an amazing stay.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

This was my second time staying at Shushana’s place, one of my favourite places on the peninsula. It’s in such a peaceful location, and the apartment is spacious, well appointed and very clean. I love the big bath and the little extras that Shushana provides, like fresh coffee beans, breakfast things and chocolates. Shushana is a great communicator and provided information on local eateries and attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dyson’s ‘Coasting on Club’ and our time in Inverloch. The house is in a great location and the open plan living/kitchen area, beautiful plants & subtle lighting options give the house a really cosy and homely feel. The outdoor space is very relaxing and offers a couple of different options between sitting up on stools at the balcony barrel table, the picnic table, the fire pit or out on the grass in the back yard. Our doggos loved it and there was plenty of grassed area for them to play in the backyard and sniff around and relax in the sun. The welcome hamper and delicious bottle of Prosecco were so generous and much appreciated - a lovely touch for us to enjoy on Valentine’s Day. Dyson was so easy & responsive to deal with and offered some really helpful information on where to eat and have fun in Inverloch! Thanks so much Dyson for hosting us at Coasting on Club.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend to attend the Tiny Home Expo and decided to make a weekend out of it. We also have a baby girl so it was important to find a place which made it a convenient and confusing comfortable stay with a baby. The accommodation was very private and well set up. Tracy couldn't do enough for us; she provided us with a high chair, portacot, extra linen, towels and a late check out. There are also so many toys for kids to play with in great condition and very thoughtful. Tracy was always responsive to my messages and questions and provided great local recommendations. The location is private, generous, has nice outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy and is pet friendly too. There is also a great view over the suburb towards the bay and its about 1km from a pizza place that made a smoked brisket pizza which was amazing! The check in process was easy and flexible and we are very glad we booked with Tracy and David, it made for a fabulous weekend away!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. We were a group or 2 couples and 2 dogs and it was perfect. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the two deck areas and plenty of space for the dogs to play and explore. You feel like you are in nature. The house was clean and well equipped. Kitchen is great and modern. Lots of linens provided which is not always the case so was appreciated. The beach is walkable which is also great when you have wet and sandy dogs.

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

Russel’s place was perfect for our families. Enough space for 6 adults and 4 young teens. We seperate living areas, we enjoyed using the BBQ for dinners and sitting out on the veranda. The location is great, really close to the main centre. You could walk to the beach but we took our cars. Really close to red rock beach.. Would stay there again and would recommended. Thanks so much Nell. It was a great place. Super cosy, we felt right at home. Thanks for the snack bar, which was a nice touch. The location was amazing, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 2 minute drive into the town centre. We had a great time and will be recommending it to friends.

Staying in the studio was a beautiful and relaxing experience and we loved the close proximity to so many lovely places and attractions. We also loved the fluffy robes and little luxuries. Eric is such a kind and communicative host and made our stay all the more memorable.
