What a beautiful home and location! Monica was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Great local recos and help offering to assist with transportation. The backyard is idyllic, especially with a glass of Malbec! Would definitely come back.

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

We had an excellent extended stay at the industrial house, having visited Mendoza many times over the years we were familiar with the city and waited for the perfect house. We rented the house for just over a month and during that time everything worked so well including WIFI, air conditioning, water/showers all were are operating extremely efficiently. It is a bright space with ample room for yourself and guests, the location is the best in the city walking distance to everything, we will not hesitate to rent again. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was cleaned regularly during our extended stay and both Emilia and Facundo were responsive if we had any questions.

Beautiful house - much nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean and felt like home. Very spacious - we had 6 adults and 1 baby and had plenty of privacy and space for everyone. Well equipped with everything you could need or want. The location is fantastic and super walkable which we enjoyed, but was also quiet at night. Would hands down stay here again.

el departamento se encuentra en un zona de fácil acceso a lugares turísticos, las indicaciones para poder entrar al departamento son fáciles de seguir, el departamento tiene una cocina amplia, la cama es cómoda, tiene dos aires acondicionados que enfrían muy bien para la época de calor, con nosotros Bruno fue muy flexible con el horario, gracias.

Floreal is a fantastic host; always responsive and helpful! The place has an ideal location to the Parque San Martin, Aristides, and the 5th while still providing a quiet stay.

El alojamiento es tal como se describe, un departamento muy amplio en un edificio antiguo en pleno paseo peatonal, con un lindo balcón ideal para sentarse a conversar en las tardes, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Julián y Pili siempre dispuestos a responder todos los requerimientos. Totalmente recomendable. Yo olvidé chequear el estacionamiento de mi auto, porque no cuentan con uno, pero rápidamente me ayudaron a solucionar el problema recomendándome un parking cerrado a pocos metros que me salió muy barato.

Fantastic stay at Julio’s place! Agree with some other reviews that the bathroom is a squeeze but it is more than made up for by the fantastic location and well equipped apartment. Julio and his son were very responsive and the check in and stay very smooth, many thanks!

In my experience, because this platform has no concern for the truth or to remedy misbehaviors or even lies, I have been reluctant to use it. I come to Mendoza often, hotels are outrageously priced and the best are mediocre. Therefore, despite my reservations and hesitation, I am delighted to have stayed at Geraldine’s place. This is the best host I have ever encountered and my only concern about endorsing her place this enthusiastically is that it will not be available next time. She deserves that as this beats any hotel in Mendoza. This is probably my 17th visit to Mendoza in the last three years and I don’t need to ever look elsewhere for a place to stay unless this is sold out!

Een ruim appartement op een geweldige locatie. Alles is op loopafstand, het prachtige grote park, het centrum, leuke barretjes, goede restaurants. In een hele mooie rustige buurt en toch alles dichtbij als je de drukte wilt opzoeken. Zeker een aanrader als je Mendoza gaat bezoeken. Heerlijk verblijf, bedankt Thomas!

Nachts ruhig, bequeme und harte Bett. Die Küche sag so aus, wie die lange nicht benutzt wurde, wir konnten gemütlich kochen und haben unsere Aufenthalt sogar verlängert. Sehr helle und angenehme Athmosphäre in der Wohnung, kein Balkon.

I had a fantastic stay at Gabriel’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-located, and within walking distance of great restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. It’s also close to beautiful parks, perfect for exercise. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend it!

Hermosísimo departamento súper bien ubicado, frente al parque, en un barrio muy lindo, seguro y tranquilo. El parque es precioso para correr y caminar. La calle Arístides está a pocas cuadras y hay muchos restaurantes y bares. Carolina, muy amable y atenta. Lo recomiendo 100%. Absolutely beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, right in front of the park, in a very lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The park is perfect for running and walking. Arístides Street is just a few blocks away, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Carolina was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

A really great apartment in a nice central location. Communication was good and all amenities were nice, e.g wifi, modern shower, laundry facilities etc. Good value for money

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, para moverse caminando. la zona es tranquila , hay muchos lugares para comer muy cerca, muchos negocios, la peatonal a unas pocas cuadras, se puede descansar muy bien ya q no se sienten ruidos en general. el edificio es muy tranquilo. el dpto es tal cual las fotos y descripcion. El anfitrion muy atento estubo siempre al pendiente y contesta rapidisimo. lugar muy recomendable.

La experiencia fue excelente , todo estaba muy bien y en condiciones. El departamento está muy bien distribuido y los espacios son cómodos. Muy buena info de utilidad nos brindaron. Vamos a volver.

El dpto es tal cual la descripción. Esta ubicado en el Microcentro. En una zona muy segura. Limpio y organizado. La vista desde el balcón es simplemente espectacular al amanecer. El recibimiento de Alejandro fue muy preciso y cordial. En resumen fue una estadía perfecta. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda volvería elegir a Maggi y Alejandro como anfitriones.
