This is a great place to stay. Very clean and well set up. Close to everything, but on a quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the suit is nice and cool at night, which was really nice on a hot summer day. Would definitely come back again!

Our multi-age group (12 guests in total…15 yrs - over 50) had an excellent stay at Matt’s property. The pictures posted are very accurate, but they don’t do this property justice. Multiple seating areas inside the house and out meant everyone could sit in a smaller group and “catch-up” with each other. The location is super close to Duncan yet it is not in a suburban neighbourhood. The short distance out of town makes this property feel like you’re actually “getting away from the daily grind of life.” Matt was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the farm fresh eggs he left for us one morning. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware that one might need. The BBQ space is well equipped with BBQ tools and there is lots of seating so we could all dine together. When we were leaving we all wished we had just a couple more days to enjoy our time together at this beautiful property. Would definitely book again. Matt is an EXCELLENT host!

The house looks over the nearby lake. Awesome view…. It seems bigger inside than the photos look online. It’s really spacious but welcoming. Comfy place with high quality linen. We had a big dinner one night and the kitchen was a perfect place to share food and connect.

This place was beautiful! The pool, hot tub and sauna are a nice way to relax. Hosts were very responsive! It would be a great place to stay with kids!

Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

Ya que aparte de ser muy amplia , es muy bonita; Krista siempre se mostró muy atenta y hospitalaria con nosotros, también fue muy accesible con los horarios y la comunicación bastante efectiva (tanto al responder los mensajes como de manera presencial); siempre tuvo mucha iniciativa para apoyarnos en cualquier inconveniente que tuviéramos incluso fuera de lo que ofrecía el alojamiento... Los paisajes y las vistas eran maravillosas desde cualquier ventana de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en ese lugar, ya que te encontrarás con excelentes anfitriones y una granja/casa hermosa ❤️

Bowens house was very beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay at. Bowen left clear instructions on just about everything. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that we weren't allowed to use the hottub after 9pm. Other than that it was great. I would definitely choose to stay there again if it works.

A wonderful clean place to stay a short ride to Victoria. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Tons of extra blankets, comfy beds, coffee and fridge and pantry all stocked a wonderful experience thanks a ton!!

Seymour was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home in the tidy house with spacious rooms. The labels around the house were helpful and unobtrusive. Great location for tourists, and nature lovers. Shopping, dining and a lovely coffeeshop near by. Comfortable beds and linens. This was definitely the best Air B&B I’ve stayed in and hope to stay here again each time I return to the island.

Beautiful cottage comfy memory foam bed which enveloped you like a marshmallow!! I loved it. Great kitchen facilities. Did lots of cooking and went to the wild mountain restaurant for dinner which was lovely. I did lots of exploring , hiking, running, cycling. I climbed and trekked several mountains and trails. Palli Palli cycle hire were great for the galloping goose trail. Lots of lovely snacks and coffee at the house too. Wonderful holiday and we loved this cottage. I would definitely come back. Loved the deer and rabbits in the garden too!

We had a fantastic stay. It was really a comfortable space with a lot of amenities. There was tons of room to spread out and it felt like home.

Great access to local beaches and very helpful recommendations. Home was private with a beautiful view.

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

We had a great time staying at Shelley's place. The space and location were perfect. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon

We had originally booked this home for May 2024 but we had to cancel last minute because of a passport mess-up. Josie was kind enough to credit us the stay and let us reschedule. Once we arrived, our jaws dropped. The photos don’t do justice how stunning this space is. I leapt around the first 24 hours because I was so thrilled to be there with my friends, celebrating life. The beds are a dream, the forest is enchanting and we could not get enough of the outdoor shower/sauna experience. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!!

Gabriel’s 2-level place was VERY spacious, clean, modern and peaceful, and we enjoyed a private family time thanks to Gabriel!! We enjoyed the ocean view and hot tub even during rainy days! Gabriel was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you *soooo* very much for letting us stay at your absolute beautiful place, Gabriel!!!

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

We did not stay at Iqbal's place but booked it for two of our artistic staff to stay at while we were working in Victoria. We loved it when we visited to drop them off. They had a great experience, very clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend the place to anyone and really appreciated Iqbal's communication to make sure everything went well during our stay.

Rebecca’s home is lovely and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for access to Ganges, hiking Mt Erskine, or going up or down island. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Rebecca’s communication is top notch and all instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

What can I say.... this place is fantastic!! Our large group of 7 had ample rooms to sleep in, Matt and Kyrstle were responsive, welcoming and informative. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and was very organized. The location was perfect, quiet but close enough to great attractions. They are super hosts for a reason, this place and experience was super. Some of our guests also enquired about booking it for themselves another time. Fabulous stay all around. We absolutely loved the Sooke retreat! The space was so relaxing with little touches on arrival which made it feel almost spa like, the surroundings were incredibly peaceful the sauna was fantastic and the dart board made for a great games night! Michelle was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Sooke itself was beautiful with stunning local hikes and we loved the local breweries! Would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Christine’s place! A beautiful house and view. Very peaceful area. Christine was friendly and always quick to respond. We would love to stay here again.
