This wonderful, cute, clean and well supplied suite on the waterfront is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Lots of room, good beds, bedding, towels and well supplied. Nice furniture with a good tv. Games, and books supplied, great views over the marina and bay. Close to other towns and various museums, stores, and places to explore. We were initially nervous of being so close to the marina, and in between a couple of commercial buildings. As it turned out, the boats and (few) people added interest but no problems and the focus of the suite was out to the bay, across to the mountain, up and down the waterfront. (There is no beach or walking trail along the waterfront by the suite.) The reserved parking stall was a nice touch.

Our stay was fantastic! Location was perfect with easy access to public transportation (a 2 min walk if that) bus exchange for direct route to downtown Victoria/Harbour. Saanich Commonwealth Community Centre with large pool, kiddy pool with slide, sauna, gym etc is 5 min walk! Great restaurants, groceries, & shopping all within walking distance or short bus ride! Kirsten is a wonderful host! Very responsive & helpful! Highly recommend a stay if you're looking for a great, convenient place to stay while in Victoria! 10/10! Thanks Kirsten for a wonderful stay!

Very clean, quiet and peaceful - felt like we were the only ones in the building! BEAUTIFUL view, and kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Was a short drive to Sidney (definitely check out “Sidney Scones)! Only recommendation would be black-out blinds in the master bedroom (if you like to sleep in) as it was very bright in the morning, but perfect if you’re a morning person :)

I have stayed in AirBnBs all over the world, and this was the best-equipped, most “perfect” apartment I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy. Everything was beautiful and new, with a terrific home manual. We were extremely comfortable, and the hosts were great at communicating. The kitchen was spacious and extraordinarily well provisioned. The bathroom even had a towel warmer! :)

Broke my leg a few days before arriving so elevator a huge bonus! Friendly neighbors.

This place is amazing. It is quiet though right in the middle of downtown Victoria. It is easy to relax and it soon feels like a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need. We enjoyed watching the beautiful birds that came to the outside patio.

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

Absolutely beautiful home away from home. Michelle's place is impeccably clean and well appointed. We loved the back patio when it was sunny out. Highly recommended. 5 Stars all around!

Our family and dog really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s house. It was a really nice neighborhood and super comfortable for all of us. The WiFi was fast for a few work calls. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay in Vic West near family for Christmas with our dog and Douglas’s place was the perfect home away from home for us. A top reason for our stay here was the walkability, fenced in yard for our dog, the big school field across the street, and near lots of walkable trails and cute neighborhood. As for the house, his home was very cozy and unique, filled with antiques and vintage decor, great leather couches, with a comfortable layout, big living room and kitchen, 2(!) bathrooms and a great selection of VHS tapes that we enjoyed. My partner was very excited about the extensive selection of old skate videos. Beautiful updated bathroom with a great shower was appreciated as well. Highly recommend this place if you need a private and comfortable home that’s pet friendly. Also Douglas you are a very cool guy and a great host! Thank you!

Our stay was as follows: quiet, relaxing, cozy and a home away from home. The whole atmosphere of the home was comforting and relaxing. The area was very serene and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, it was just what we were looking for as a family. The host was friendly, accommodating and gave us our privacy and space. We will definitely stay at this home again.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the welcome cookie and the variety of coffee pods and tea bags. Every detail made me feel right at home. Without a doubt, this was my best Airbnb experience ever! Highly recommend!

We had seniors travelling with us so we had to find accommodations that were a match for the three travelling with parents and it was a great peaceful stay from the start. We wish we could stay longer.

This was a comfortable and well appointed home base for our hikes on the beautiful west coast. It was bright with a lovely view and a spacious balcony - with rainy weather during our stay we appreciated the fire table and padded outdoor furniture. The unit was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Furniture was very comfortable and we appreciated the gas fireplace to warm up after hiking. We would definitely stay again.

Cosy, comfortable, clean, and quiet. A much appreciated crash pad after running the Royal Victoria Half Marathon.

Tim’s place is really wonderful, which is why we keep coming back. Tim is a truly excellent host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s condo. Susan was a super communicator and easy to contact. Susan’s instructions on how to enter the condo were clear; she actually met us there in case of any issues. The condo was perfect: probably the best we have stayed in. Lots of storage space (drawers and shelves for clothing) and hangers. A well stocked kitchen with pots, frying pans etc and it included an air fryer which we used frequently. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn’t find in the place: she’d thought of everything. A comfortable bed and living room furniture as well as a spacious dining area. Enclosed balcony gave us a great view of Fisgard St which is part of China town. Location is ideal: close to retail outlets, good restaurants and 4 coffee shops within a 1 to 3 minute walk. Also a minutes away walk to the Inner Harbour and 10 minutes to a Save On grocery store across the bridge. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and excellent accommodations.

This is a great place right on the edge of China Town. Everything you need is in this unit. Downtown we noted many homeless while walking around in the downtown area but not so much in this area. What a great place to stay to experience all of these restaurants, shops and stores! We loved it. Hosts were great to allow us access with an early flight into Victoria on arrival. Great orientation on access to building and security features that went along with it. Enjoyed the harbour walks, nearby movie theatres and great wine and liquor store right next door!! Would definitely do it again in future and recommend to others… Thank you very much! Dave and Debbie

stayed at 201 for our daughter's wedding. Everything from check in to check out was flawless. The amenities provided were above and beyond and exactly as described. Our hosts made our experience stress free and easy to manage. I would highly recommend staying at the 201.

Ash was super helpful and had very quick communication. Her place was cozy and clean and felt calm even with being right downtown!
