We had a great experience here! It's a lovely location--a calm, quiet residential feel but close to restaurants and shops. The pub down the street was SO convenient and great for kids, and the house had growlers ready to fill! The house itself was clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. It was a great, family-friendly base for our Seattle visit. It was especially nice to have such clear instructions for everything, from the pictures of the entrance for check-in to the detailed how-to on the AV system and projector. Amir was a great host, very responsive and proactive about checking in on our stay.

Had a great solo stay here. There was some construction right outside, but it really wasn’t bothersome. Great quiet place to relax and work. Will rent again soon! Thank you!

Mary and her team were excellent. We had a couple of questions andrequests (early check in) and the reponse was prompt and super accommodating. Fantastic location. Highly recommend!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Tri’s place is a great option for a Seattle stay. Right in the heart of Capitol Hill, you are in walking distance from great coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. The place is clean and comfortable, and the balcony is a beautiful feature you won’t find everywhere. Also it was quiet and we slept well there. The parking wasn’t too bad with the pass you get; I was able to find street spots within 1-3 blocks every night. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay in the heart of the U District. Easy walking distance to campus and restaurants. Only 2 blocks to light rail to go to downtown Seattle. Parking was easy. The place itself was clean, warm, and cozy for our cool springtime visit. My wife absolutely loved the fireplace. The upstairs loft is very roomy. The hosts were well organized, making the whole experience of checking-in/checking-out super easy. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Very nice place to stay and close to downtown

Host was responsive and easy to reach. Area was perfect for our needs and our dog. School/park nearby. Unit was clean and ready for us with a welcome light on. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor. Definitely not the place for you if you have mobility issues . It was quiet at night which was a plus and the bed was comfortable .

Our family had a great holiday weekend stay at Hana’s place in West Seattle. The location is perfect—street parking is plentiful and free, and both Alki Beach and tons of cool shops and restaurants are with an easy 5 minute drive. The unit itself is pristine with everything you could want for your stay. Having a pack and play for the baby was a great touch. The weather wasn’t conducive to using the rooftop patio, but that seems like a great spot for dinner or hanging out in the warmer months. 5 stars, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Booked the airbnb for a bachelorette for 9 ladies and it went great. There is adequate space to hang out for a big group and enough rooms for everyone. Beds are comfortable with enough space for our luggage + things. Bathrooms are clean, all working well with hot water since it was cold and rainy most of the days of our stay. This townhome does have multiple stairs so be prepared depending on where you will sleep. My group and I didn't mind it. Kitchen is a huge space and is great with all the things you need. I would definitely recommend other people to stay here during your visit in Seattle. The hosts, Leo was very responsive and considerate to all the requests I have and were able to make them. The property surrounding is safe, just be vigilant as usual if you have plans to leave or come back late at night. Street parking is very accessible and right in front of the property.

This townhome is brand new and tastefully decorated! The layout is very convenient and allowed our teenagers and us to each have plenty of our own space. It is such a great location, a beautiful and quiet street just blocks to the water front or hip coffee shops and restaurants of West Seattle! It was perfect for us!

Had a very comfortable stay. Appreciated the open layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and finding items were a breeze. The location was perfect! A 7 minute walk to my son's campus and dorm. Coffee/cafe, dining and shopping are also in walking distance. I will definitely look into this Airbnb next year.

I highly recommend the place! There’s lots of space in the apartment, both the common area and privacy in the rooms. We especially enjoyed the kitchen cause it had everything one may need to cook! The area is walkable, too. The apartment was clean, the instructions on how to check in and out clear and Adis is a super responsive and helpful host! 10/10!

Great place in a convenient area with everything you need.

This is a comfortable compact townhouse in a central part of Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much and our hosts provided good instructions and clearly described what to expect with regards to all the levels. It didn’t quite register that noise and light would carry so much between levels so bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise, it’s a great home base to explore Seattle!

Modern, clean, lots of natural light. Super comfy beds. Great for the family. Off street parking, quiet neighbourhood. Can’t fault anything. I have been coming to Seattle Capitol Hill area for 5 years regularly and this was one of the best in terms of location, space and comfort. Also reasonably priced. Feng was also a super host.

We had a great stay at this location - visiting the University of Washington and also checking out the sites of Seattle. We enjoyed being in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the house was great. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, but with nice common spaces as well to come together. David was a great host. Highly recommend on all dimensions!

Beautiful views, great location, spacious, easily accessible, and a friendly helpful host

This townhouse is a very comfortable place to stay. As mentioned before, garage space is tight. We parked a Prius successfully. Water temps are funky but they eventually work. Kitchen is adequately if not overly equipped for cooking. Convenient location with Trader Joes, PCC and Safeway all within walking distance. (Trader Joe's is a 2 minute walk.) Downtown is about a 1.5 mile walk downhill. Catch a bus or the Link back if you don't like walking uphill. Overall very enjoyable stay.

The townhouse worked great for our stay. It’s always nice to have dog friendly spots that are also close to a park and other amenities. We were there to visit family at UW hospital and it was easy to get back and forth. Would definitely recommend to others needed to be near UW but not wanting to be in the middle of campus.

This rental was very cozy and clean in a wonderful location. The view from the roof deck is spectacular. Bedrooms are a little tight, but beds are comfy with heat/ac controls in each room. Water pressure for showers is solid. House was simple to find with clear instructions. Communication with the owner, Faizan was spectacular. He made it clear he was available but as not overwhelming in any way. Any needs such as towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, coffee were provided by the homeowner. Parking can be slightly tricky at night, but it’s honestly not a problem big enough to keep me away. I will not hesitate to stay at this wonderful home again. Thank you!!

Devin’s place was in a great location and exactly as described. We could walk to Central Cinema among other places. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Clean, comfy place for our weekend at Emerald City Comic Con. It was a pretty quiet location for Seattle, with clean bathrooms, tons of linens, and comfortable beds which were pretty important after all day on your feet at the Seattle Convention Centre. For an apartment in Seattle it also felt very roomy. We ate out twice and there is a great coffee/baked goods place (Fresh Flours) and Thai place (cannot recall the name though) nearby. Also even if it is for just a few minutes definitely hit up the decks on the fourth floor at dawn and at night for the views!
